Yesterday, I contacted Zest Life four times by phone to inquire about their cancer coverage and was told that a sales representative would get in touch with me, but this did not happen. Today, I spoke with Michelle, who assured me that a sales representative would call within an hour. I also emailed them and filled out the online query form. Two hours later, a sales representative called, and after I agreed to accept the policy, they promised to call back at 11:30 AM to complete the application form. I am still waiting. If this is how you treat new customers, I can only imagine the level of service you provide.
Most Pathetic Service Ever for the last 9 Months my two sim cards get suspended due to non payment even though the payment is made. I have to call them and after sending proof of payments through the account gets unblocked. The client service manager is never available and never returns a call.
Pathetic / Appalling service. 43 Calls later and 5 days without connectivity, still no reason why my fibre is down. Try calling them that's another joke, technicians have no idea what wrong and drop the calls in your ear. Terrible service. You cannot speak to any manager. Get told, within 3 min that that same manager is not in the office today/ in a meeting / just stepped out. PLEASE DONT CHOOSE THEM AS YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER!! WORST DECISION I MADE
Month Four... that I only receive half of my Data I pay for.
Thank you for all the reviews. I was about to join them and get a few friends to do the same. But after reading the reviews i dont think that is an option anymore.
...None of your phones / WhatsApps are being answered and no reply on any of my emails!!!!!!! I am being billed for Homecloud Contract 100Gb + 100Gb but I only received 50gb. This is the THIRD MONTH in a row this happens and every time I get promised it wont happen again. I CANCELLED MY SERVICE !!!!!
Customer Service, Non existent - Have been trying for more than a week to contact them. Their contact numbers do work. Their Online chat opens and nobody ever responds to you. I am sure the company has closed or is in the process of closing. Pathetic service.
