My experience with Pool Academy Aquatics has been nothing short of unacceptable. At the Chatsworth (Apolo Secondary branch ) , the facilities were poorly maintained and the staff disorganized. The most serious issue, however, was that they cancelled nearly all of the lessons we had already paid for upfront. We paid for 24 lessons, and not a single one was honoured. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they do not reply to queries — it feels as though they are deliberately evading responsibility. Communication is vague, unreliable, and frankly disgraceful. For the fees charged, this level of service is indefensible. These people need to be taken to task for failing to deliver on their commitments. I strongly advise others to avoid Pool Academy Aquatics if they are looking for professionalism, reliability, and respect for their customers
I have to share my complete disappointment with the level of service from Telkom to resolve a billing issue . Telkom mobile had incorrectly billed me on an contract account which was closed the previous month September 2018 , with a different package in error. They then did not send me any statement and issued my account to a debt collector in the same month that the account was incorrectly debited. Telkom has never tried or contacted me regarding this account.The Debt collecting company - NU debt , took it upon themselves to debit my account without my permission for this incorrectly billed amount. after a long drawn out process with Telkom customer service and NU Debt - NU Debt company closed my case with them in march 2019 Thereafter after a new debt collector VVM , contacted me to collect the incorrect billed outstanding amount yet again - I contacted Telkom again and eventually after 6 consultants and holding on average of 30-45mins trying to resolve the issue , a Miss Rethabile Mohoto managed to track down Telkom's error , which she escalated the issue ref ********** 5 22/04/2019, unfortunately since then I have not received feedback as promised by Telkom . I tried contacting Telkom again , however each consultant say that the issue is still pending and refer me back to the same reference number. VVM Debt collectors are continuously contacting me telephonically and sending me messages to pay this amount ..or else ,and it is becoming extremely frustrating , especially if you are a person whom is diligent with payments of accounts. I wont recommend or deal with Telkom in future. Frustrated and never again Telkom consumer
