Professional and passionate!
the main reception staff is often so *****looked! of all the hospitals I've been admitted too, the treatment as CLinix Tshepo Themba is so wonderful and professional! Keep and the wonderful work guys and upholding the dignity of your patients! you are all so amazing! I just have a small concern, please ensure that everyone in the team gets proper training and somewhat has a passion for assisting patients. I once heard one of the reception ladies shout at an adult patient who seemed partially deaf. The ladies name is Asanda or Amanda.. please get her to be in order just like the rest of the amazing team!!

Nonsense and a ****!
I don't know why are they still in business. Staff is under trained, very few that can speak English, most are ******* immigrants from Lesotho. I heard the staff is under paid and not even registered, the woner does not comply with the BCEA. Your assets will be repossessed whileas you are making monthly repayments and paying over the amount negotiated for you. You want to be homeless? Join Mohau! you want your car taken ? join Mohau! its a pathetic company with less that satisfactory input to ensure youre taken care of.

Scammers of note
I just got an email to pay for a background check. Having previously worked for a recruitment agency I know that this is a scam as the agency IS the one that does the checks on behalf of candidates. Also I read a couple of reviews from other people regarding this company that they paid and no one ever got back to them. They work with a company called fine core. Fine core is the 1 thats supposedly going to screen you! DO NOT FALL victim to this. See below the email they sent me. Good day, We would like to inform you that we received your application in regards to the Receptionist / Secretary Position and we are busy processing your application via Placements Pro Network. Everything is in order, the employers are willing to provide you with a one year contract starting within this month of September 2021 at a monthly salary of R11250. ( Exact dates will be confirmed and communicated). Kindly note that we advised in the job advert that this vacancy will require you to provide a full recent (not older than one month) background checks report before the position is confirmed as required by the employers. Run away from them as fast as you can!
very poor performances by staff! if you go there be ready to be blacklisted for life. I wouldn't even recommend them to my sworn enemy! staff is illiterate, cannot communicate properly in any language other than Sesotho. makes me wonder how they talk to banking staff

disappointing feedback
I have been Enlighten panel for about 5 years! This company used to be so amazing and on point but of lately my experiences with them has been so disappointing! still waiting for a voucher that I claimed June 11. I only got a response on the 30th promising it will be solved to date nothing has been done.
