I have been a customer of blue at work and at home for over 5 years. I was recently robbed at home twice in 2 weeks. I called blue to come and give me better security options they just don't care. I keep calling and no one bothers to return my call this is now happening for over a week. I spoke to manager gavlin and nolen. Left messages for them all I have is a R17000 quote no 1 to help me understand or options to secure myself and my family. They just don't care

To whom it may concern My experience with Barlowworld Ford Pinetown. I own a 2018 Ford ranger 2.2 PU DC A T. On 16 may 2019 my van at 33400km brake would go down to the floor. I drove to Ford Pinetown and spoke to a service agent. He tells me that they cannot check my van with out a booking. I asked him to give me a letter stating that they will not check on my van. To what he said he cannot give me that only a manager can do that directing me to the manager. Being ****ed off I may have spoke harshly to the manager who then calmly spoke to me and asked a technician to check my van. Point for the manager Tony. They said leave my van with them they will check on it and I will have my van the next day. Next about 11 am nireen, my service advisor called and told me my van needs a new brake master cylinder, but ford does not have the part I must wait at least another 5 days before they get the part. I then asked for a courtesy vehicle, to which nireen said they don't have. I may have raised my voice with her. Frankly it's not my problem that they don't have the part. She then called me back in 30 minutes saying the part is on back order not knowing when they will have it, but ford sa will contact me by the afternoon or early next morning and arrange a courtesy vehicle. BTW the next day was a Saturday. By 9 am Saturday morning I tried calling ford sa to which I get a recorded message saying they only work Monday to Friday. Being ****ed off with ford I called the branch and asked for some one in charge. There were no managers working that day and the receptionist gave me the cell no for Glen the dealer principle. I gave him a call he said he can't answer much cause he is not aware of the problem but will come back to me. He never did. I tried calling him, but he did not answer his phone or call me back. Is this how ford treats their customers. I had plans for this weekend to which everything got messed up all because of ford pinetown and Ford sa. I am very upset with Ford I would never recommend any one to buy Ford again BTW in 2018 I purchased my ranger. I recommended and did 2 Fiesta deals with Ford and in 2019 my son bought from Ford as well. And I was in the process of selling my ranger and getting the 2019 2.0 DC. But I guess Ford don't care about faithfull customers and don't want any more business from me.
They just as bad as telkom Don't care about customer service They don't listen to what we have to say. It is frustrating that we got to wait almost 1 hour to talk to them and they just cut the call cause they did not like what I have to say. You dumbasss it is because of customers you have the job don't matter if the customer got 1 line or 10 We are still the customer and you are not the only F@# service provider out there. Yourll don't even have a back up for the router I was given 10 different models of ****les now I must waste my time trying to find 1. Mweb yourll will loose customers
