I recently contacted OUTsurance regarding my policy. Mona the representative spoke with courteous, professionalism and patience. What stood out for me was her willingness to go the extra mile and was extremely professional. Overall I had a very positive experience and would commend Mona for her professionalism and efficiency. It’s service like this that builds trust and long term client satisfaction.

Worst service
The service from this company is extremely poor, late collection and delivery, most of my products were delivered damages still waiting on them to be replaced, the owner is dodgy he doesnt answer calls when you follow up, do not use this company they overload their truck which they use plastic cover no propert sysytem to pack.

Vision Property (Linden Lane Witpoortjie)
I am currently renting one of the buildings managed by vision properties (Linden Lane Complex), they don't care about their tenants you log a complaint you must wait for a month and recently we have not had water in the complex due to unpaid water bill and the has been a lot of break-ins in the apartments as the gates don't work so strangers walk in randomly and the building is badly managed it is filthy and yet you owe R50 they are quick to turn off your lights
