I traded in my Range Rover at the Prestige Motor Group in Mobeni Durban, under flag Jetour, on 12 March 2025 when I bought my new Jetour. They were supposed to transfer the Range Rover into their name or the new owner’s name. Today (9 August 2025) I went to the traffic department to transfer another vehicle, only to be told the Range Rover is STILL in my name. Because of Jetour’s negligence, I had to pay the outstanding penalty fees for the Range Rover, a car I haven’t owned or driven for months, just to complete my own vehicle transfer. My son called the manager today, and he casually told me to call him back on Monday (11 August 2025), showing zero remorse, accountability, or customer service skills. Negligent, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers after they take your money.
