MY HOUSE IS MESS CONSIDERING I PAID MONEY FOR POORER WORKMASHIP ...I ALSO WON'T RECOMMED ANYONE TO USE THIS UNLESS IF YOU COPE WELL WITH STRESS....I JUST WANT TO EXPOSE ALL THE PICTURES OF THIER WALLPAPER ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA !! THIS GUYS THEY TAKING US FOR GRANTED . -------!!THE SAME EXPRIENCE I HAD WITH THIS GUYS------------ Do not use them. Don’t be fooled by the social media posts. They are rude, unprofessional and outright disrespectful with no regard for customers. The owner Terrence and partner Gerald will be of no assistance. They are the worst. I won’t mention their admin person Katlego, she is rude and will treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Please take your money elsewhere. Trust me, the Instagram pictures tell a different story...
Worst service ever from parts. I've ordered my parts last year towards December, but until today I haven't gotten my order. When I call parts department, I can't get hold of any of the consultants; they are always busy on the call, and they never even get bothered to return my calls. I'm the one who is supposed to do the follow-up. This is so frustrating considering that we paid money for these parts ,they just don't care about the customer experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to "ISUZU MIDRAND."
FedEx service is the worst, my package from Netherlands arrived at Johannesburg on 05-08-2021 _Time: 17:33, the package has been moving around Johannesburg since then but to my surprise my package is now at ORION North West, I'm residing in Centurion.. How come my package passes Centurion and go to North West, how is this possible? My parcel is of high value and very fragile but FedEx don't care at all
Same **** happens to me two weeks ago , the on air tv agent phoned me explaining to how multi choice want to offer me decoder BECAUSE THEY AWARE THAT I'M USING THE OLDER DECODER AND MULTI CHOICE WON'T HELP ME IF THAT DEVICE GET BROKEN BECAUSE IS THE OLD ONE AND THEY NO LONGER MANUFACTURING THEM , SO I WAS TOLD THAT DECODER COMES WITH THE FUNCTIONALITY TO DO THE CATCH UP AND RECORD , SHOW MAX FOR THE PERIOD OF 24 WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST , MEANING I CAN PERFORM THOSE GOODIES , TO MY SURPRISE WHILE THIS LADY TALKING ME THROUGH SHE ASK ME FOR THE ACCOUNT NUMBER SAYING THIS SHOULD ON SEPARATE ACCOUNT BECAUSE ITS FOR DEVICE NOT FOR SUBSCRIPTION AS I'M ALREADY A SUBSCRIBE TO MULTICHOICE , SO YESTERDAY I PHONE MULTICHOICE TO TRANSFER THE PACKAGE TO NEW DEVICE, THATS WHEN I RELEASE THAT I WAS SCAMMED, THE LADY(SALE REP FOR MULTICHOICE) ASKED IF I WANT TO HAVE PVR FUNCTION AND CATCH UP AND SHOWMAX , THEN I SAID NO I WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING ITS INCULDED ON THE PACKAGE WHICH WAS LIE, NOW I SITTING WITH USELESS EXPLORA DECODER FOR ME TO HAVE THIS FUNCTIONALITIES I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY TO MULTI CHOICE ITS SO UNFAIR. NOW I WANT THEM TO TAKE OUT THEIR DISH AND DECODER. I'M CANCELING THIS CONTRACT, I ONLY RECEIVED THE USELESS DECODER YESTERDAY!!!! I CALLED THE ON AIR THIS MORNING THEY GIVING RUN AROUND TELLING I CAN'T CANCEL THE CONTRACT.
