Most incredible service by Jason at Move UP! He helped with my settlement visa which got approved and managed to keep me calm throughout the whole process and after calling him thousands of times (sometimes up to 5 times a day). He kept me calm with all my worried and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a visa! Jason showed compassion in his work ensuring I get approved! All I can say is Move Up and Jason provided the best customer service EVER!

SUCH SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! As a first time British Airways customer I can safely say that it was my first and last time flying with British Airways!!!!!!!! I booked my flights in September 2018, Apparently in December my return flights were cancelled but yet I received NO COMMUNICATION! I got on my flight to Newcastle and when I tried to check in to come home is said "Cancelled". If I was not the type of person to do online check ins, I wouldnt of had a flight??? SHocking, Shocking service. To make the matter worse, When I eventually landed at O.R tambo I was informed that my luggage was placed on the wrong flight making me wait and ADDITIONAL 4 hours at the airport just to get my own luggage. Funny enough 1 bag arrived and 1 didn't. I have never in my life experienced such bad service, and I shpuld know - I work in a service industry. If someone had just picked up a phone and communicated with me what was going on, I wouldn't be this mad but even the simple things cannot be done by British Airways. Work on your service, before you lose even more clients. Next time I will fly with emirates. I sent this complaint a week ago, I still to this day have not received any feedback on what happened.
I requested for a "paid up letter" and I was told it will take 48 hours. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING I have been trying to call but yet I can't get through. Surprise Surprise
