In November of 2018 running out of medication i needed to see the neurologist, as he is busy changing my medication, when i was told by Bonitas that i have no funds. I inquired whether i shouldn't get 2 visits a year to the neurologist for my epilepsy since it should be part off my treatment plan and i was told that the request for those visits should be done by my neurologist to Bonitas PMB. Granted: My neurologist sent through a motivation on the 24th of November 2018, when i inquired on the 26 of November whether i can see the neurologist on the 29th i was told that PMB takes 15 working days. Following up now in January expecting every thing to have been done i was told that they don't have the call i am referring to and the agent (Constance) that handled call reference 281118Q49VSV , saying to me that your letter is being received, doesn't exist. While getting agitated an agent who gave me her the name as Thuli (10/01/2019) just put me on mute until i gave up waiting and hung up. Every time i called the new agent on the phone has no idea who is this agent i spoke to because they don't exists, Bonitas seems to have more phantom employees than the government. Today after 2 emails i sent and a dozen phone calls i get an email that PMB will get back to me in 15 working days then i wont even have a single tablet
I bought a groupon and booked my car for a service. Wednesday the 4th of March i took in my car in the morning and i wrote on the one pager that was given to me to sign that no additional work must be done without consent. During the day i received a phone call detailing some faults and some bargaining ensued but i said no. <br> <br> I collected my car just after 4pm and my car's battery was dead for some odd reason. After they charged it, i started driving home. The car began making a lot of noise so i decided to turn around and go back to the workshop.<br> <br> I inquired about noise and the manager dismissed me telling me all they did was a service. I refused to leave and they ask a guy to check my car. He looked at the car and suddenly walked to the wheels and started tightening the wheels
