Be patient
Took a while ( one week ) to get account verified once i sent through the correct paperwork, but finally happened. Altcoin is not a scam as others have posted about them but the delayed response due to their current backlog compounded by the office telephone help line on a recorded message can cause frustration to new customers like myself, support team rung me directly and sorted out the verification process within minutes. Be patient for the time being i guess
