Just wow
I genuinely believe that they are the best specialist liquor shop and one of the best businesses in SA overall. I have never been disappointed with one of the exclusive bottlings of single malts that would otherwise be very hard to obtain. The range of whiskies, spirits, wines and other products they offer is very impressive. Another thing worth mentioning is their online shopping website. This site is the best shopping experience I have ever had, bar none. The information on there is always perfectly accurate and precise, and the navigation and ease of use are beyond compare.

To be honest I did not know what to expect when purchasing from their website but I am amazed at how exceptional their service is. This is a truly great company and one of the best online shopping experiences that I have ever had.

We have your money now you must just shut up and stay put.
I placed an order online on the 27th of May. They do not respond to your emails at all. The call center answers the phone but each representative you talk to has a different story. Even though I only filtered for "in stock" items while browsing on their website, the person on the phone told me that they are waiting for stock and could not tell me when the order would be fulfilled. This gives me 0% confidence that you can trust their online system and that it is accurately reflecting reality. Before you think that this is just me being unreasonable and that we have to give this company some leeway because of the whole pandemic and liquor ban thing, let me just mention that I also ordered whisky online from whiskybrother.com and from wildaboutwhisky.com during the last week of the level 4 lockdown. They responded to all my emails promptly and were very friendly and helpful, and all my orders from them were delivered to my door early in the first week of lockdown level 3. I don't think that I will make use of NGF again especially considering the excellent service that I can get from other companies.
