I would most definitely recommend this company. At the crunch before year end with a deadline of 15th Dec 2023. They went the extra mile and completed all my binds with no issues or snags. With 3 days to spare. Best quality and workmanship I have seen in quite some time. Thanks to management and the team. Job well done.
<div>Start - Kitchens. Put up a great front with A sales person called Michael. Promise the customers the world before year end. After a number of discussions it was confirm my kitchen would be installed before year end. Paid a large deposit. R173000.00 which is 50% of the total contract price. Confirm lead time 4 to 5 week. Paid 16/11/23 to be informed on the 6/12/2023 that they can’t get stock and I kitchen won’t be installed this year. They instructed we buy all appliances asap to ensure there are no delays. This has been done, measurements send and confirmed. Products are now waiting for Installation. Watch this space. I have instructed my deposit to be paid back by no later than tomorrow. I have also instructed that my Sales person Michael also call be back by 8am with feedback regarding my deposit. In my opinion Michael has received his commission and I assume they have spend my money on wages and directors salaries. These people are none trustworthy and I would not recommend them to anyone. I will update by tomorrow on feedback from so called management / director's Regarding my deposit that needs To be refunded.</div>
Official Letter of Complaint and Call to Response On behalf of the attendees of the Red Sea jol , I am writing to express our strong dissatisfaction, poor customer Service and fraud action against the below company: Red Sea Jol PTY Ltd, Company Registration: 2********107 No Vat No: 0************76 and 0************36 Director: Zidane Mohamed Kamal Passport No: ******** Tax No: 9********8 Address: 236 Rondebult RD, Libradene, Boksburg, 1459 On the 02 February 2022 a tour was advertised by the Red Sea Jol (Pty) Ltd with Bobby van Jaarsveld and Juan Du Plessis. The Red Sea Jol (Pty) Ltd has been a tour operator in the Red area for over 8 years and believed to be a “Top Quality Tour Operator / Tour Agency” based on its Facebook history and reviews posted by its clients. This can be seen on its Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/redseajol/ and website: http://redseajol.co.za/ I, including another 31 people were supposed to leave 19 August 2022 to the Red Sea booked through Red Sea Jol (Pty) Ltd which subsequently did not happen. We have further received no formal communication or have any recourse from/to the Red Sea Jol as to how and when we would receive a refund or alternative dates for the trip proposed. I can provided a summary of information and facts for reference if required. We kindly request that our voice be heard, and some action taken to intervene for the 31 people who paid their money over to the Red Sea Jol can be refunded or compensated. In our opinion we would not recommend this company for any trips advertised on Facebook or other platforms.
Think twice if you would like to use them. I make a transaction for over 100 000. And I am still awaiting for my money. First they suspend your account. Then they ask for an invoice for proof of payment. Then you get unblocked but still no payment into my account. Yoco just love earning entrust on your money and keep it for as long as they can. To date still no money and still no assistance via mail. Just back and forth bull ****.
I would never recommend the company for any deliveries. Flower arrive dead and the next day the need to be discarded. How do you deliver died flowers for an anniversary. Only they will know. and there is no feedback from them when reporting it via email. Shocking service.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Plaasmeisie Mall of the South. 10 May 2021. They assured us that the stock was arriving today and we can collect later that day. They only close at 7pm. When phoning the following day (11 May 2021)to confirm if stock has arrived. They said they have scheduled collection for 3. So they might have later today. Only some stock arrived. Not all. I reminded them that I need them before Friday as discussed in the store and I need to know if they will arrive on time. Or we would need to go else wear. They lady on the phone confirmed we she would Prefer us to go else wear. A R3000 order. Which they are willing to lose to other suppliers. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Never have stock and not willing to go the extra mile or keep there customers up to date with orders.
