What a terrible place to buy a vehicle from. Before you have the vehicle its all promises just to get the deal through, afterwards its a nightmare. From the almost 7 months that the sale went through, up till now we drove the vehicle for about two months, the rest of the time its at their workshop, with no communication from their side unless you ask for updates. The vehicle is at their workshop for the second time around for the past 8 weeks. Received a letter today to collect vehicle and take it to another repairer as Active Auto will be closing within the next week (Business Closure)
On 3 May 2019 I have applied for a credit card at FNB, telephonically the agent told me it would take up to 10 working days, for the application to be completed. (That has given me an estimate of 17 May 2019). If I don't call the new card department, I don't get any feedback. I received an sms to say that the delivery team will be in contact with me (18 May 2019). Today, 21 May I once again phoned the new card department, only to hear that my card is ready for delivery, and she will send out the delivery information. And this will take another 5-10 working days. So this means that it will be in total a whole month to get a credit card from FNB, from application up until delivery of the card, and not 10 working days as first stated by the agent who has done the initial application. This is poor service, if you can even call it service, because if you don't contact them, you don't hear anything from FNB!
