It seems there is a problem in the accounts dept. of many companies in SA at the moment. I got great service in unblocking the drains, paid immediately on site, and 3 days later I get a call saying I am still to pay R150 out standing, WHAT! I ask! Yes you must still pay R150. Well that’s actually a credit as you did not give the R150 discount as advertised by using your app. I paid in full as per invoice, then enquired about the discount and you sent me a R150 credit. So Drain Surgeon you owe me. And she still finished the conversation with when will I pay. Wake up please!
The worst service I have ever experienced. I took my portable generator in for a minor repair. 1. Paid a R549 deposit. Gave me a receipt and job card with no number or ref. 2. When I called a week later they said they are so pleased I called because they had no idea who the owner was of the generator. 3. After one month a finally got a quotation. And they did not take off the deposit I paid. So I visited to show them my receipt. 3. We are now at 2 months. And after 2 emails They called me this morning to say i can collect next week. Let's see. I could be in for a suprise. This is beyond bad service...I actually cannot describe with out swearing or being rude. So definitely no recommendations for them. Zero stars in my books!
