I am disgusted in this place. I wouldn't recommend anyone. I booked letters for my daughter's MXBall. I got half of the letters from another customer with flat batteries. I waited for them to contact me as they promised to do on the day of the ball but no call. I had to call them a few times and everytime they tell me they will get back to me. After a few calls then they tell me the people who hired the other letters dont have transport to get it back to them which is now my problem yet I paid in advance for it. I decided to not use the letters that I got from the other customer, left it at my work in the office locked away and hired from someone else. I went back on Monday to drop the stuff and the lady who works with the money or whatever has been sitting in a meeting since early morning according to the staff. They asked me for my banking details which I gave them. It is now the 25th a few weeks later and still no refund. I will definitely not recommend this hiring company.
It's been a year now that im waiting on a call from Rola Stellenbosch just to tell me if they do diagnostics for my Mazda bakkie. It's really amazing that colour still plays a big role in Stellenbosch and its businesses. I thought it would be easier to get my bakkie sorted out seeing that it's closer to work but looks like I have to go really far to get my vehicle serviced where colour doesn't really matter but where everyone is treated with the same respect.
So its a year later that im waiting on a call from Roland Stellenbosch to tell me if they do diagnostics for my Mazda bakkie. Colour plays a big role in Stellenbosch.
I think it's time we take this further. Telkom stop *****ing from me please. Are Telkom reps being paid to ***** from people.
Seeing that this bank is continuously *****ing from me, I think it's time that I take this matter further. This is daylight *******. People if you see this complaint do not bother taking loans from Capitec. You will be in dept for life due to the way the staff is trained to lie to you.
Telkom this is becoming ridiculous, you are even *****ing from me. My account is way more than my contract every month because your staff don't do their jobs. I need this fixed asap. The watch u can keep and reimburse me for all the months that u deducted it and I've not used it.

Still no reply! Can I review more about this service provider? About how strangers gets my info from Telkom, about how they get my messages or how they get my phone calls to say my so called brand new repaired watch that was recieved faulty and months later I still don't have it but after I complained 2 days later a stranger gets a phone call about my watch that's ready. The same stranger that's been getting my sms's with my full name and surname which is my personal details. How do you guys even get it right to just make money and can't see that your customers are happy.? Are you guys also like Eskom, just make money of people or are you worst. Feel free to look on your systems and see how many contracts I've had with you guys for all my family. I thought as a loyal customer after all this blood sweat and tears from telkom I would be treated better but nothing but eating my money. Imagine I don't pay my contracts ? I get blacklisted right. Now who blacklist you guys for your horrible service ?
Capitec Access Facility is the worst thing a person can ever take out. It's worst then buying a house. You will pay on it for the rest of your life and you won't see a difference in your Access Facility account. They will call you and tell you all the nonsense about paying of the interest and all of it makes no sense. I waited for the past 2 - 3 months to see if there will be a difference and just when I was about to get very happy to see a change they deducted all my money paid again and this time I'm not sure what it is for but I will probably be told it's for insurance, interest, etc. When I was sold this Access Facility by the agent it sounded amazing and for the first year or 2 it actually worked then all of a sudden boom explosion in my finance when this thing doesn't move anywhere. U can pay your butt off but no changes. They keep eating your money. No wonder when I spoke to a person working at Capitec a few days they told me they will never invest in the Access Facility or any credit card options from Capitec and i was shocked. The sad thing is i closed all my other bank accounts cos I believed in Capitec but now it's the last bank I wanna hear about.
I'm disgusted in Telkom. I took a SGH S24 Ultra on a contract that came with a watch a view months ago. Got the phone then waited weeks for the watch. Eventually I got the watch and experienced that the watch has a problem. I took the watch in and they had it inspected by the SGH tech guy. I then said they should book the watch in. Did exactly that and guess what, I'm still waiting months again for the watch. Question is, do you think I enjoyed having this contract that I'm paying for? Answer is no, not at all. Every contract I've taken thus far from Telkom has had problems and it's always a fight for months and I end up still losing cos they just don't care but is quick to deduct my money at month end whereby they even can't follow simple instructions and make changes this way you pay extra cos the money was not in your account after u gave them a date for you deduction. What do u as a customer do? Nothing cos they will continue having business and you the unhappy customer.
