Recently moved homes and made a request on the 27th June and made an additional payment, what for I have no idea, and I still don't have any internet and my debit order has gone off for the month. The service on the WhatsApp channel is shocking as you get pushed from one dept to another.
Jumping through hoops every month to increase my ebucks discount only to go to the ebucks shop and not have a clue what products can have the discount app****. Surely you can have a category for items that can have the discount app**** instead of having to go through each item individually.
I own a Galaxy Active 4 watch and my buckle on the strap broke off. I am only looking for the buckle part but Samsung want me to buy an entire strap for R500. I then tagged Samsung in a tweet on Twitter two weeks ago and was told they would assist but I have not had feedback since. I have this expensive watch needing a cheap part but nobody wants to help.
Such a romantic place to take your partner. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are really friendly and helpful and the managers are always around to make sure the service you receive is of the highest standard. I would recommend Sanook to anyone wanting to go on a date
I recently made use of this venue for my wedding. The venue itself is beautiful but the hostess/owner is terrible. She forgot to mention that a plated meal instead of a buffet would require additional waitrons at an extra R300 per waiter. We only picked this up 2 months from our wedding when we received the final invoice. We paid our R2000 deposit to confirm the booking but when we asked to get our deposit back it included a R500 "boot bar penalty". We were not made aware in the contract or verbally by the owner. The first time we became aware was when we noticed a sign at the entrance to the venue on the wedding day. This sign does also not stipulate who is responsible for the R500 penalty. The owner with no proof, other than the word from her barman who should have been at the bar serving my guests, decided to just take it off my deposit!!! I feel like my money has been stolen from me.
