I seldom come on here to speak well of anyone. Capitec Pretoria North... Every time I walk in there I get greeted with a smile. I would wait for a minute or five, depending on how many people they need to help, and I'm out again. I have never been in there that they do not assist me efficiently with a smile on their faces. The service is excellent and they make me feel welcome and important when I visit them. The vibe is always pleasant. There is this one lady though, I think she either had a very bad day or she's scared of people, but she immediately returned the smile I greeted her with. Blessed be, you beautiful people.
My company moved over to ME Systems mid 2021. Before, with our previous VOIP service provider, it was a constant struggle to get someone out to fix faults and just get our phones to work. Since moving over to ME Systems, we've had one small issue which they could sort out remotely in mere minutes. I would gladly recommend them to any business owner! Nice bonus, they also do solar, printers and a bunch of other stuff! Their reps are good and efficient and always eager to help. Thank you for the exceptional service.
Never have I seen a CEO and sole shareholder of a company so viciously attack potential future clients. It's rediculous and should not be tolerated. Mr Tooth and his half ass apology can shove it. He should the gays next. That should be fun!
Having to deal with telecommunication companies can be rather exhausting. I have dealt with plenty!!! I moved over to ME Systems about a year ago and, to be perfectly honest, I don't have any of the complications any more. I have my saving, though small, it all adds up in the end. It's difficult to find a company that actually delivers and they do. I don't have to be on the phone for hours just to speak to tech support. I literally phone in and they put me through. I am very pleased!!! Right, if you want great service and kind people, ME Systems is the company for you. It's not natural for me to give a five star rating. In fact, I am a one star rating person. Complaining is like breathing to me. I can't find anything to complain about except for the fact that it took me so long to sign with them. I hope these word encourages you to take a step in the right direction...
How the hell do people still deal with Telkom as service provider. Apart from being useless and childish, they have the audacity to want to charge for a service no longer in use. Have been to cancel it a few times but it would appear that they can't even do that correctly. Must be falling in line with how the government deals with stuff. They don't. Or they don't know how and shift the blame on someone else.
After several attempts to cancel a Telkom account, these stupid *****s actually has the audacity te send me a letter of demand. Really? Well, due to the level of uselessness, the time spent waisted in trying to cancel and the fact that my time costs a lot of money, I will pay the account if they reimburse me for the time spent trying to cancel the service. It takes me around 10 minutes to make R30k. I've spent around an hour and a half on the phone and in the local Telkom shop to try and have something done that they are too stupid to do. Do the math. Pay me the missed money and I will pay you the money owed.
I have been trying to cancel my Telkom line for the past couple of months now. I used to use Mweb as ISP via Telkom. When I switched to LTE, I cancelled the Mweb and wanted to do the same with the Telkom line. Unfortunately their level of uselessness surpasses even my worst expectations. Such incompetence should not be permitted in any business. It is astounding that a task as simple as cancelling a service could prove so impossible. It is sad that a once proud company have such pathetic customer service. I would lower my head in shame were it me and my company.
We recently cancelled our subscription to Mweb due to the fact that we switched to a new service provider. I phoned in and was put through to cancellations. The woman I spoke to, René, was so kind to assist, then rudely informing me that we will be liable to pay for a further four months (terms and conditions as found on their T's & C's page state 1 calendar month for a month to month subscription). I merely informed her that the debit order will then simply be reversed, as is our right to do when paying for a cancelled service that we no longer make use of. I do apologise for complaining about this, but there is a right way to handle a customer and there is a wrong way to do so. She clearly does not have the social s**** to handle customers. Sorry René, I am sure that you are a nice lady in your own way, but your method should be improved on. I am a consultant that works with customers on a daily basis and never will I talk to a customer that way. Anyhow, I do applaud Mweb on how they handled my last complaint. The effort was amazing. Sadly we need to part ways as we have certain internet needs to which you just could not assist with. As guilty as I feel about that, it is the better move.
Where to begin? Terrible service. Okay, I get that a 4Mb/s line is not the fastest when it comes to internet. At least with Telkom, fair usage policy and all, it takes me 2 minutes to watch a 2 minute video. With Mweb, it took me over 30 minutes to watch a couple of seconds of a 2 minute video. To top that, I had to download an update for my phone. I had to leave it at home to download (started at 5 in the morning), when I got home that evening (after 18:00) it was at 70%. To top that, downloading a 860 kb image can take anything between a minute and 10 minutes. That was not the service I was promised even after I told them that I do use a lot of internet. The level of uselessness is astounding and I deal with a lot of useless throughout the day. Nothing can compare! The package is seriously overpriced for the level of service we experience. This is unacceptable. I know this is a trivial exercise because absolutely nothing will be done about it yet again. Can anyone recommend an internet service provider that actually delivers what they promise? Someone that won't cost me a sacrificial virgin and my soul?
Firstly, I commend Telkom for their consistency in incompetence! It's truly remarkable that you can phone them with any Telkom related problem and they don't know how to do their job, both staff and management!<br> After struggling for a week to have my line released, I finally managed to do so, only to have my line suspended. When I try to phone them to request that they lift the suspension and instruct them that it will be taken care of by my internet provider, I get a message that my line has been suspended, and I am unable to talk to an operator.<br> Honestly, had they done their job from day one, this wouldn't have been a problem, but now their stupidity and lack of basic training is costing me money! Do they pick the dumbest people out there and beg them to come and work for them? Is an IQ lower than two a company requirement? The only guy there that wanted to help me was told by management that he couldn't help me! I mean, really? How hard is it to do your job at the most basic level?<br> So if you're looking for bad service and a higher stress level, Telkom won't disappoint. They will find a way to screw you over!!!
