I have placed and paid for an order 09 November 2022 and followed up receipt of payment which they acknowledged. I followed up on 01 December with a whatsapp voice note with no response. I emailed them on 07 December enquiring delivery and track number but they returned asking which item when the invoice number was part of the email. To date i have had no further response or communication regarding my order this is very unprofessional.

We went to Mr Suite hire Bellville branch 2 weeks ago and arrived 10min before closing time due to unforeseen circumstances during our travels. When we arrived the manager Filicity was so rude and impolite , stating that its nearly closing time we could have been there earlier. I was appalled by her attitude and the manner in which she addressed the situation just treating a customer like that with it not being closing time as yet.I understand that we were 10min before closing time but we honestly could not avoid it due to working that same day and unable to leave earlier. Next time treat the person you serving with a little more hospitality and integrity.
I have two loans with this company for which the installments were paid for June ,but on the mobi app it shows accounts are in arrears no available withdrawal and I have queried this a week ago with this response:Thank you for your enquiry Ref: 917136. I have called in thrice with only an explanation it has not been auto updated yet. Their email feedback is 1-2 business day but I have had no response to both my email queries very poor customer service , please rectify the matter in this regard.
