We signed up for a contract with Sasolburg alarms. Only after signup we were told our alarm is old and they cant support it. Needless to say we paid the full 2 years on this contract without an alarms. 3 Months before the end of the contract we told them we would like to cancel the contract, however, after the end of the contract they were still taking money from our account. We went to visit their office and were informed that we need to pay another 2 months extra for cancellation which we then paid. Yet for the next 4 months after our contract supposedly finished they deducted their last amount from our account. Clearly these guys dont care about their customers, only their money!
Ive been paying cash for all my goods at edgars in order to save up the Reward points. Eventually I lost all my points because the card expired and doesnt work anymore. While paying, the lady behind the till says she will give me a new card. So she rings up all the things I want to pay for, and afterwards starts the process of signing me up for a new card. After this I asked her if she swipe my new rewards card for the stuff I just bought, and she says no. She was suppose to do it while I was making my payment. Seriously guys what is the use of this reward cards if your card expires and the sales staff doesnt even swipe the cards! These reward cards are simply False advertising just to pull in client to only later ***** them over
All our Cell C contracts have been suspended for the past 5 months for no reason at all. Every month we get an sms stating their payment has been received but the service remains suspended. Cant even phone CellC from their own provider when your service was suspended! After phoning CellC from a more reliable provider, they said we are still over R200 in arears. They dont know where this amount came from, and dont know why this amount doesnt show on any of our invoices. We decided to pay this outstanding amount regardless of not owing them the amount, yet all our contracts are still suspended. Worst customer service and administrative support in the world!
