Take all look at Vertex Marketing which does exist anymore. Look through each web page and the some of the web pages dont exist. Go through each review and look through LinkedIn

Guys it ****. Trust me. Do your homework. Its. Been running like this for 4 years. I paid an initial deposit which has not been refunded. Check every account on LinkedIn and see if it correlates. Then have a look at the websites Some of them dont exist. Do not waste your 10k

I don't understand why I must pay a telkom rejection fee when I am still paying the bill. This was not stated to me when I signed up for the contract. This is unacceptable. R200 rejection fee is another contract on its own. More like a get rich scheme
I bookt a flight to cape town. And got there an hour early. The ticket assistant at the mango counter at check in told me that i needed to be there an 2 hours early and that the flight is closed which didnt make sense when the flight details i received via email suggested that check in closes 40 minutes prior. I had to pay an extra R287 to rebook my flight for the following day which is totally unacceptable.
This is an open call for help. I am calling on liberty policy holders whose claims were declined, the ethics institute, consumer watch, the human rights commission, HPCSA and the print and social media, and television networks to highlight and investigate the conduct of Liberty and its Occupational the******s.(OT). I am a liberty policy holder. I have been diagnosed with an incurable terminal illness. I am presently hospitalised in ICU due to heavy , continuous bleeding. I am in and out of hospital all the time due to the bleeding and other medical related issues. Liberty declined my disability claims on 4 separate occasions. I have 5 policies with Liberty and pay R8 398 in monthly premiums. I complained to the long Term insurance Ombud. The Ombud agreed with Liberty,s request that an independent OT report is a reasonable request. The OT carried out 2 assessments. The 1st assessment occurred in the 22nd Febuary 2019 in her consulting rooms and the 2nd assessment occurred at my residence in Durban North. Both the assessments were video and audio recorded by the OT. Prior to the OT reports being released the OT visited me at my 2nd residence in Ballito on the 20th March 2019. Amongst the other things that had been discussed, the OT communicated that Liberty coaches them on what must be included and what must be excluded from their reports. The OT report was released to me on the 4th of April 2019. The report contained falsified and contradictory information. Critical medical findings by the OT were completely excluded from her report. I had been extremely shocked and dumb founded by the report. Liberty relied on this fabricated OT report to decline my claims. Video clip evidence provided by the OT contradicts assertions she makes in her report. I have audio recorded evidence of the OT assessment conducted on the 27th Febuary 2019 and of a meeting that I had with OT on the 20th March 2019, to support my claims. There is undeniable audio evidence that Liberty coaches and instructs its "independent medical professionals" on how to prepare reports. Liberty uses these reports to decline Black(African, Coloured and Indian)disability claims. Liberty and the OT's behaviour and conduct warrant investigation and appropriate action to be taken.
