Nedbank MFC has the worst customer call center agents and very incompetent as well. I've made payment arrangements for my vehicle with MFC three months ago and stated my reason why I only missed the one month payment. Still they been calling every month and tell me that there's no arrangements loaded on the system. I highly recommend people not to consider MFC as a finance company to buy a vehicle.
Today at 08:15 I recieved a call regarding my areas amount of which I have already made arrangements on the 15th of May 2021 I asked the person that called today, why am I being called again and if there is anything that shows on his side that I made arrangements? He said NO there is nothing Then I explained to him that this is wrong and that if he had not got hold of me MFC would come take my vehicle for making arrangements. He just hung up on me rudely. I am disgusted by the way this is handled and if I do not get a response I will take this matter further.
I just walked in to Checkers Bayside mall and was very disgusted with an item I found on their shelves full of rat feces and the whole cover of the item is yellow of the pee. I showed it to the manager and she just said thank and sorry not calling the packers to check for any other contaminated products that might be there on that same shelve what if my child had to be with me and touched that product without me seeing and put her hand in her mouth.
So I got correspondence from Absa today telling me in BOLD letters (rude tone) that they have confirmed with their Home loans department that I was declined based on my affordability, that my monthly expenses are more than my income. They have not considered my Overtime and also not the rental income of the separate entrance R4500 I'm renting out which is already more than the monthly installment R3200 of the property I applied for not to mention my wife's salary. The property I'm currently living in will also be rented outside i am the owner, so how is it possible that I am not unable to afford it?
The major banks FNB, ABSA, STANDARD BANK are the real reason why we South Africans have so many backyard dwellers. I applied for a home loan with Absa and was declined yesterday. My sister stays in a two bedroom granny flat which I had built because the banks refuse to give them a home loan. They have been paying me R4500 for the passed two years with no problem. I can not in my right mind understand that I was declined but the rent money that they pay me can just as easily go for the new bond as the installment on that property is R3200. I sent all proof of payments made but still was declined and said I could not afford it.

I was at Pick n Pay Boy de goede in the Table View area this morning when i bought a USN SPIKE Energy drink that was expired when I approached the First line manager she and the Manager did not have a care in the world for selling expired goods to customers. I would not suggest buying at Pick n Pay Boy de goede in Table View to anyone i know.
