No customer service
The service is super bad at Builders warehouse Mbombela/Nelspruit There is almost no prices on the shelves/products and when you get to the till to pay they first want a quotation for the products... Some staff members is not friendly at all... Haven't had any good experience at Builders warehouse Nelspruit

Not getting any response and got blocked
This company is not trust able I ordered 2 bedding sets for a client The client received the wrong bedding sets as well as the wrong sizes I asked more than once what they are going to do without getting much of a response , when i got a bit more unhappy and said that i want an answer or i will send a message to all the numbers of Vefa i can get i got blocked and removed from the groups

Fix this!!!!
Im very upset with Homemchoice!!!! They made my outstanding balance my instalment amount (Which is not even close to the real installment amount) To understand it better.... My oustanding balance with homechoice is R#####.## Now they made my monthly installment the same amount as my oustanding balance R#####.## how does one understand that!!!!!!!! It has such a negative impact on my credit record as it shows my expenses is more than my income due to homechoice showing my total outstanding as my installment
