I bought a bus Ticket for a bus Chihwa (Cape Town to Harare) and yet CHIHWA does not have any buses at all since last Sunday, there are passengers staying at CHIHWA head office to this day and yet they keep on selling tickets. i have requested Busbud to either refund me or get me another ticket with another bus to which they are not responding and refers me to the bus company.
Premier Credit Card division, Bad Service - It takes them more than 27 days to assist and to this day nothing has been done. I keep calling and sending messages and they just say an escalation is sent or done. [External Email] [REF:20220420_123505008]
ICTProperty Group – Unethical business Practices I have struggled to get my Deposit in full from the ICTproperty group and they gave part of it and not all of it. At first they had decided to hold part of my money and claiming that I had left the apartment dirty, however I sent Them over 60 pictures on the condition which I left the apartment and advised them I had videos as well to send I then requested them to send me evidence of the Dirt which they were referring to, to which they could not supply. Having discovered that they had no evidence of the dirt they cancelled the claim and wrote me a message that they would pay up the full amount. Second attempt is they Deducted some money from my deposit claiming that my rental had increased by 10% as decided by the landlord and yet I have a lease agreement which confirms the rental amount that I was meant to pay, its been a debate and I have used my money Calling them and sending them emails asking for my money. When I reported them they then decided to give back the portion Of 1 month and refused to give the other portion and they claim to be asking the landlord and they say there is no feedback from Landlord. They claim to be a member of Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa (IEASA) as well as Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) But I really do not know why they follow such unethical business practices. I have been in communication with their Director Taryn Heywood who is the one handling this directly
Nissan swapped my car parts when i sent car for Service and put second hand parts which are smaller than actual size and some of the parts have tape on it to hold the part together - and when i speak to the foreman and manager at Nissan Parow their answer is "Renault and Nissan is one company" that is why you find Renault parts in a Nissan - they are not willing to investigate this matter or to even look at the parts i am referring to, i spoke to the manager telephonicaly he confirmed he didn't even look at the pictures but goes on and on explaining that Renault and Nissan are same companies. i sent my car for a normal service and Nissan Parow did something BAD to my car and they had to keep my car for more than 4 days maybe this is when they stole my car parts. i am not asking them to buy anything for me or to fix my car but for them to investigate this matter from their cameras, no one is willing to do that. they deliberately destroy my car so that i come back to ask for it to be repaired maybe this is how NISSAN South Africa operates to get more income flowing. I want them to investigate this matter and give me back my proper car parts which they removed from my car that is all.
Open Field Poultry: https://openfieldpoultry.com Open Field Poultry is a Scam!! they tell you to invest your money and get returns after 56 days for every ZAR35 you get ZAR56 in total meaning ZAR21 will be your profit. i invested for first time as trial only ZAR735 just to check if this is genuine before investing lots of money. they have a software tailor made to show you the growth of your dividends for the next 56 days after the 56 days when the investment has matured for withdrawal. the functions just change and ability to request withdrawal is disabled for the past one month already - and now they send messages saying we are closing down and we will refund every one, they confirmed 30th April was the day to refund people and today is the 30th the function to request withdrawal is disabled and they asking everyone not to say anything on soicial media so that we give them ample time to resolve this. i cant withdrawal the amount due to me ZAR1122.43. their email bounces back when you send emails to them.
