Hotels.com pathetic service
Booked thru hotels.com and arrived at the Cozy Challets, which was disgusting. When ordering I selected aircon in which there was none in the room in the heat of Johannesburg. The room was also not ready. I tried phoning hotels.com to get nowhere. No answer just a recorded message telling me to push a pound key which was not available. I have tried for 2 days to rectify this to no avail. I wish my money to be refunded. Pathetic service

Not able to make contact
I have tried 11 times today to phone MWEB to change ownership. I keep getting cut off and the one time i did get through to the billing department, Rishana answered and then i got cut off. Shocking service. Going to get my husband to cancel this account, and go to someone else.

Birds Cafe.. for a relaxing rewarding experience
Birds Cafe is a unique quaint, wonderful haven located inside Spades nursery, at 185 Lothian Road, Durban North. Run by 2 lovely, cheerful ladies Michelle and Jocelyn, who never forget your name and invite you in like an old friend A place to relax in the quiet and beautiful setting with the most incredible food, beautifully presented and delicious. Enjoy the ambiance and character of this incredible place. Don't be in a rush, take in the fresh flowers on the tables, mix and match of furniture and decorated in such a way which is cosy and welcoming. You won't be disappointed.

Disgusting food and attitude
Once a wonderful restaurant to go yowhen managed by the owner's parents. Today food was simply awful. The daughter-in-law has taken over the kitchen. Big mistake. Half of what we wanted like the fish cakes, which were phenomenal, have been removed by her amongst other dishes. We ordered the salmon salad eventually. Absolutely disgusting. On a full bed of lettuce with thick pieces of salmon missing half the ingredients listed on the menu. Sent it back and asked to speak to the restaurant manager but she never arrived. So ordered the Ceasar salad and the Chicken salad. Again on a bed of lettuce, dry with pices of chicken that were off and had to be spit it out as could not be eaten Half the avocados in the salad.. well had to removed as well as were brown and over ripe. When asking to speak to the daughter-in-law who has taken over the kitchen, she refused to come. So went to the kitchen and called her. What an abnoxious person. She refused to speak to us and turned her back on us hikst i was talking to her, shouting at me, throwing a tantrum and walked away. My heart went out to the mother in law as she was so embarrassed. This was a very disappointing experience. Not a restaurant you want to go to with that attitude. The service from Stanley our waitron was superb but unfortunately cannot recommended this awful restaurant any more. Such a pity as when the parents ran the kitchen - the food was superb. This little young obnoxious uptight madam is ruining this awesome restaurant with her attitude and badly presented and inedible food.

Excellent service
I would to note the excellent service received from the Builders Warehouse - Riverhorse employees. We have been shopping at this store since it opened and have always had excellent service; especially from the person in the power tools department. Unfortunately, due to my bad memory I cannot remember his name. However, he have always greeted us recognizing us as regular customers; readily steering and advising us in the right direction and choice of tools or materials. As are the ladies in the coffee shop; where we stop at every time we are there. Which my dad now calls my delicatessen. This incredible service received at Builders Warehouse - Riverhorse is a rare find today. Commendations to those working their and hiring the staff.

EASTMANS SPAR - SIMPLY THE BEST !
Eastmans Spar is My Spar with friendly staff. I mean, everyone at Eastmans, has a lovely happy personality and keen to help when you have a question or need guidance. Their ready made food is fresh and delicious. Not to mention their Tea Room inside the Spar, where you can relax and have a nibble before shopping. I have visited other Spars but they are not the same. Even my mom and dad go shopping there and not to the one closest to them as they feel the same way as I do about Eastmans. Eastmans - Congratulations for making a tedious task a pleasure.

Daily Dish fresh food delivery 5*s
Meals received at packed individually and all ingredients are fresh. This fantastic company is based in Cape Town and delivers your food cooler box for the week all over South Africa. With step by step instructions which are easy to make. The variety of dishes are mouth watering and you definitely will not want to go to a restaurant as you will have the tastiest unique dishes to make. And yes, all the dishes as said are mouth watering and you have a variety of meal plans. As a diabetic I have chosen their low carb diet. I get excited waiting for my box as it's like opening a present that lasts. This is a 5 star service and product which I highly recommend. And .. there no shopping for food everyday and NO wastage. PERFECTION..

VODACOM Bad Service, Bad data, Removing accumulated call time.
Really peed off. Phoned to query why VODACOM has taken away my accumulated call time and was told it will take up to 7 working days to respond to my query.. Really that long..they must have alot of unhappy customers if that's their turn around time. And since when can you not accumulate the minutes you have paid for. I really cannot explicitly say how I really feel right now about VODACOM: 1.Consistently dropping calls 2. Supplying very bad connectivity 3. Slow and interrupted data And to top it all.. Now they steal from us taking away our accumulated call time.. That's theft.. I have paid for those calls, I was never told they would expire after 2 months by any branch.. Can I go and get a refund from VODACOM for bad service and connectivity. Here I was thinking VODACOM were the best. BIG MISTAKE.

Marshalls Security - Excellent Service
Marshall Security s the most dependable security company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Their personnel are prompt and supply outstanding service. My Mom and Dad's house was broken into when they were overseas and we were in the Berg. Their security company did not go an investigate their alarm. I got a call from Marshal security, who obtained my contact details from their neighbour, to inform me of the situation. Even though my Mom and Dad were not their client, they posted a guard at the house until I could organise the windows be repaired whilst away. No fee was charged. But they did win a new client. They are always first on the scene and apprehend many people who have been the cause of many assaults and break ins. in our area. They are simply the best security firm ever. Congratulations Marshalls on a job well done and for excellent service - which is seriously lacking from other security companies. Again - 5 star service Marshalls. Thank you.
