There should actually be an option for minus 5 stars on here....... Visited Kempster Ford Hatfield on 2023/5/08 to get a written quote for a service on my Ranger, as my company requires three written quotes. Apart from the service advisor, Andrew De Meillon, having a rather arrogant demeanor, he promised that he would email me the quote within two hours. It has now been exactly a week later, and still nothing. numerous telephone calls and messages have gone unanswered, one of the excuses being loadshedding. A call to his DP was unsuccessful, as he is apparently never there. An email to the DP has gone unanswered as well. This is the second time that I have had this experience with them, and I will can only advise customers to be wary of this dealership. I went to two different Ford dealerships to get the other two quotes, and left with printed copies in under ten minutes. in my opinion, Andrew De Meillon is also not suitably trained or equipped to be exposed to the general public.
What started as a great experience has turned sour the moment I gave notice (well within time) of terminating the contract due to me moving. I was prepared to continue with it, but they don't cover the area where I reside now. I have vacated the premises starting on February 7 and informed them of that, and that I will have access to it until the end of February, where after new tenants will move in. After several telephone calls and botched attempts by the various staff who called me to make arrangements, the equipment has still not been uplifted and I am now being threatened and harassed with a bill of R10700. When you ask to speak to one of the directors, your request is denied and you get passed on to the next incompetent "agent". I am now referring this matter to my attorney. The only decent and competent staff member there is a lady named KT, who went out of her way to solve the issue. unfortunately, incompetence reigns in the rest of the company. NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE USE OF WIRULINK
One star is actually too much. I travelled all the way to Rosebank from Pta on the 3rd of May. Completed all documents and handed all the doc's they requested. Until today, no answer, no reply to various emails, whatsapp messages and even telephone calls. I send the owner, Mariangel emails to which she does not reply. I can see how she reads whatsapp messages but just ignores them. If I was unsuccessful, no problem, at least have the common decency to inform me accordingly. These people have no idea of how to do business. Plus they charge you 20% of whatever they manage to get their lenders to lend you. They are actually just loan brokers renting expensive office space. She could do all that from a Wimpy.
