Onboarding in October last year and confirmation letter received on the 19 Nov 2019. Almost 3 months later and still no feedback from the underwriting team
My intent was to buy a car , upon collection there was a big miss on the engine, sluggish gear shift. Did not go ahead with the deal but had to pay a R5000 fee that they now refuse to pay back to me and have the what’s app conversion with the dealer.
