Gems medical aid administrators Medscheme and Mhg has caused chronically ill gems member 001430408 /Gafsa Garson to be in severe financial constraints and hides the fact members can apply for extra funding
I am.a chronically ill disable person with a rare disease and in cardiac failure and experiencing financial constraints.. Medscheme the administrator ofGems declined a important in hospital abdominal ultra sound of r6500 which makes me liable to pay.the full amount.i was diagnosed with peptic ulcers. Also the maxilla facial surgeon wrote a motivational letter to have all my teeth removed. That the dentistry department of gems only authorized r5000 and i am liable to pay r13 000. Gems administrators medscheme and mhg dont care about gems members and hide the fact that members can apply for extra funding namely ex gratia.All these medical financial constraints has a negative effect , physically, emotionally and financially on me. I get a sassa disability grant ànd are not able to pay for all this medical outstanding accounts.gems administrators medscheme and mhg deliver a poor service delivery and did not even respond to the complaint email i send them

As a disabled woman with a rare disease in heart failure and 23 co morbities. That as a gems member 001430408 I have applied to exgratia for extra funding as my day to day benefit has been depleted and also i am bedridden and requested a carer by exgratia department and till date the exgratia department and medical advisors have not responded it seems that the medscheme and mhg who are the gems administrators dont have the best interest at heart of the gems . Members. By the time exgratia respond i might be death. It is unjust to take away a dying patient human rights and infringement of her disability rights. The gems administrators mhg and medscheme are unable to fullfill the needs of gems clients and i am utterly disappointed by their service and the way they treat gems clients that are really ill and dont understand what' it means to be disabled in heart failure and having 23 co morbities of a rare disease ehler danlos membership nr 001430408

I am a disabled mother with a rare disease ehler danlos, bedridden and my name is Gafsa (bux) Garson i ask this npo info@care4u2.co.za for assistance the member shanaaz adams firstly send two muslim men from a organization in ct without consent to visit me and interview me and to check if i am really disabled which falls under infringement of my privacy, Also the manner shanaaz adams spoke to me was with other disrespect, abrupt manner and without any sympathy. Although the npo gave a once off assistance i was greatfull but shanaaz adams showed utter disrepect and infringed my women, privacy and disability.rights As a npo for disable people. I am utterly disappointed that their is a lack of compassion and respect, I even ask where i can get a foodparcel in cape Town and where i can sell my brandnew standard automatic wheelchair but shanaaz adams was absolutely rude and didn't respond to my questions. It is sad that such organizations have members that dont have the ability to communicate with kindness and shows no respect to a disabled women who is a single mother suffering from a rare disease. No one ask to. Become ill and anyone can become ill and the way i was treated and unjust. It is sad that disable people never gets the respect or help they deserve.

Gems administrators ex gratia dep refusing to help a disabled member 001430408 that requested extra benefits and dont have the bedt interest of their client at heart
I am disabled woman with a rare disease #ehlerdanlos and i applied to Gems exgratia department for assistance for a carer and for extra funding because my day to day benefit has been depleted. My medical aid nr 001430408. I have submitted all the documents required but to no avail It is clear that Gems administrators, medscheme and mhg and medical advisors does not have the best interest at heart. It is quite sad that they denying a request from a client that are disabled, suffering immensely from a rare disease and 23 co morbities including heart failure. I have experienced numerous problems with the administrators of gems. This is totally unacceptable as they are infringing my disability, human, woman rights. I know for a fact the client must come first and i would recommend no o'ne to join Gems as the administrators of gems do as they want without considering the best interests of the members at heart. This is a serious matter as they are playing with a members life Their motto of integrity and putting their clients first are not adhered to

Athlone Sassa incompetent re refused to allow gafsa Garson that is terminally ill in the building because i am wheelchair bound and refused to renew my disability grant e
had a appointment made by Athlone Sassa manager Mrs page to renew my disability grant that lapse in may. I was not informed to bring any documents only my sassa slip see attached document. I am disabled and terminally ill due to a rare disease #ehlerdanlos and I ask my neighbor to take me. I was told by the security that sassa has new rules. Disabled people are not allowed in the building and i had to wait outside in my wheelchair amongst many people whilst my immune system are compromised. The security said that my neighbour accompanied me must go inside. My neighbour does. Not know my private private affairs. My neighbour came out after a few minutes with documents that reception gave and didn't want to give me a appointment. I am a ex retired nurse of groote schuur hodpital. I was given labour and work forms and affidavits i must complete whilst it is common knowledge that a ex government employee does not get uif by labour department. All the documents sassa wants are allready on their system. My disability rights has been infringed and no one iike sassa can make a ruling that wheelchair bound people must not enter the buiding Sassa Athone employees are incompetent and cannot expect a terminally ill disable woman to get all this unnessary information that is allready on their system.. If this matter are not resolved i will lodge a complaint by the human rights commisioner and i implore SADA also to investigate the matter why disable wheel chair bound may not enter the sassa building and expect a ill woman to get all these this unnecessary documentation. That :Athlone Sassa are not disability focus.. It will be highly appreciated if the infringedment off my disability rights be investigated and alsi why sassa makes the process io renew my disability grant so difficult. I find it absolutely unacceptable the way the administrators of gems namely medsheme hospital authorization for home nursing care, mhg alternative care case manager and the client care manager treated me as a member that is terminally ill. There services for are extremely poor and they don't have no compassion for gems members I was asked by the alternative care manager and hospital. Auth department and client care manager numerous drs reports and motivations of both the specialist doctors. I have a rare disease #ehlerdanlos that caused over 19 co morbities and are in cardiac failure. I got a email from the alternative care manager that the quotations codes for my assistive devices was wrong and i must ask the medical supplier to resend quotes. I also received a sms that my hospital. Authiration of the 20 may have been declined and that home care nursing is a exclusion and i must apply for ex gratia. I am bedridden at the moment and terminally ill but instead of gems helping me as a client, has put me under undue stress that is worsening my condition. The administrators of gems clearly shows no transparency and their service delivery are utmost poor. They are playing with a clients life but they clearly don't have the interest of their client at heart. Poor service delivery of gems and administrators towards a terminally ill client medical aid nr 001430408
The administrators of Gems services are putrid. As a membet 001430408 that is terminally ill. Gems chtonic meds department and chronic dsp till date havr not approved my cardiac meds and other meds that are needef because i am in heart failure and have a rare disease #ehlerdanlos where there is no cure and chronic dsp issued the wrong meds due to their incompetence and gems chronic meds department. Instead of helping me as a member they are hastening my death. Gems alternative case manager and devices client services has not approvef my specialist urgent resuest that i gafsa garson to havr a care giver and to approve my assistivr devices. Gems service and gems administrators are delivering a poor service and dont provide the necessary service to a client that are terminally ill. It is a utter disgrace how gems and their administrostr does not care about their clients and if i dont get the correct services needed i xill report gems to the medical aid council

I competency and the poorest service delivery of Sars from Gafsa Garson query nr 370338891
I gafsa Garson ref query 370338891 find it unacceptable that I must now wait another 21 days whilst it is common knowledge that SARS closes on holidays in the month of December. I will officially lodge a official complaint by the Humanrights Commissioner about Sars infringement of my disability rights. I have already informed the United Nations Human Rights Association and Of SARS corruption and poor service delivery. Also how Sars don't respond on their emails and telephonic calls on their contact center. Sars doesn't inform a person a date when I will be paid out as soon as possible and the date must be paid out before the 15 December. My disability rights matter and my human rights matter. Sir eat a lots is infringement gafsa Garson disability and human rights by not committing a monetary donation
Sir eat a lots bakery are exploiting gafsa Garson who is disabled and have a rare disease without a income. Sir eat a lots bakery is advertising on my fb page and doesn't give me a cent whilst I must struggle and beg people to buy me data for my Facebook which I opened to raise funds for all the charities. I have spoken to the human rights commissioner and the human rights commissioner and was told if sir eat a lots bakery are infringing my disability rights and human rights as it falls under tendament exploitation of a ill disabled woman withoit a income. Accordingly I can lodge a official complaint by the humanrights commissioner if sir eat a lots bakery don't commit to payment or a monetary donation. It is unjust to exploit a ill , disabled mother that is awaiting to get her disability grant and struggling to get donations If sir eat a lots don't want to commit to a monetary donation it is gafsa Garson right to lodge a official case by the humanrights commissioner.

Poor service delivery of Athlone sassa and infringement of gafsa Garson disability rights and human rights and corruption of blatantly frauding gafsa Garson of 3 months of back pay of her disability grant
Gafsa Garson a disabled mother with a rare disease finds sassa incompetent and not disability focus. Athlone sassa send me up and down for documents and then told me that my July application has expired. Their poor service delivery is disgraceful. And they don't apply the bathopele principles . How was I supposed to know there is a rule that your sassa application expires in 3 months. Sassa is blatently infringing my disability rights to get my disability grant. Sassa is also busy with corruption as I must see a Dr again and loose 3 months disability grant payments. It is enough that new disability cases grants was suspended for months by the government. And now sassa is doing the same. If I don't get my disability grant dated from 22july I will be lodging a official complaint by the humanrights commissioner and united nations human rights association if this matter is not resolved immediately. Mrs Payne the manager at Athlone lacks communication skills and speaks to be a person in a rude manner. Sassa does not even know they are infringing disable disability rights and human rights. If I don't get my disability grant sassa will surely pay the price for corruption, and infringing my disability rights and human rights.
