PATHETIC ROOM - MOULDY WALLS
The room was extremely ******* extremely poor quality and no upkeep at all we didn't even stay we had to leave the room the walls where extremely mouldy with paint flaking off we have taken photos if need be to show u. Absolutely *******. We are extremely disappointed and we had to leave immediately and book and alternate accommodation totally disgusted

We never received our TV as per Vodacom promotion
We purchased a Note 20 Plus which came with a promotion of a 32 Inch Samsung TV. We completed all registrations very timeosuly. We called Vodacom and Samsung several times with no responses to date. Its been more than 6 months we are still awaiting delivery of our TV. I would certainly never purchase anything from Vodacom East Rand Mall ever again.

NO ASSISTANCE REGARDING DEFECTIVE TV FROM GAME - EAST RAND
We purchased a TV From Game East Rand Mall, which is well within the warranty period, We tried contacting the store more than 25 times with no assistance , they never call you back , Today we are stuck with defective TV and Game cannot respond us regarding the repairs or replacement
