Letter Confirming this account is Prescribed I have noted that there is 1 account named DMC3 which I have been listed for on my credit report.(listed since 2018) Please note that I have not had any communication regarding any account and thus note that any account that DMC is calling about is dormant and has not been acknowledged in the past three or more years. Therefore, this account is prescribed and what you are doing is illegal. I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 3 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued within the last 3 years. They are in contravention of the NCA Sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription Act 68 of 1969 (Prescription Act). Debt therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed. Any negative information will be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with the relative authorities, ie, NCR and LSSA. Please attend to this matter at the soonest and email a Prescribed letter that this account is closed to

Deducting clients accounts without permission
They called me as company that provide cellphone contract, Then they took my banking details and suddenly they deducted amount on my account with my permission and they told me it is value added service, that i didn't signup for it. I have been requesting my refund as i didn't get any services from them. They are taking me from pillar to post.

Capitec release fee
good morning I have a problem with Capitec, Some deposited money into my account in January from offs****. They told me to pay release fee to get my money, to this day i haven't received my money i don't know how many release fee I have paid. they always take
