I visited this place 3rd Jan. I've been up since 2am this morning over the toilet and on the toilet, FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!! I did not eat or drink anything else since visiting this restaurant so I am 110% sure your food is the problem. I only had one ****tail and a reverse cheeseburger. I am extremely miserable and weak and the vomiting and diarrhea just won't stop so now I need to go and spend R500 on doctors fees. This is the cherry on top after the terrible experience I had at the restaurant : Horrible service from start to finish. It was as if our waiter didn't want to come near us (table of 2), we had to keep searching for him. A burger took an hour to arrive. The burger and cheese sauce were ice cold whilst the chips were hot. I called for the manager who offered no assistance and made me wait only to return to tell me that the kitchen manager will come around and assist. The kitchen manager offered no assistance either, he had blamed the waiter stating that the burger was lying aside waiting to be collected and the waiter blamed the kitchen whilst I'm sitting in the middle of both - hungry!! From 3:30pm until 5:20pm, still waiting to eat. I don't even want to get started on the flies. They have no sense of customer service in this place, not even the manager bothers or tries, I have never experienced this before. Now sitting here with food poisoning, well done guys. I will definitely be spreading the word!!! Please check your products or methods of cooking because you are going to end up making a lot of innocent people sick!!!!!!
I am a very disappointed and upset customer right now. I have been a contract customer with cellc for several years now and have taken multiple contracts with them over the years. I have never once been late on payment or not paid, even for an entire year I was unemployed but I made sure that my cellc account was paid first. So I did a 6 months early upgrade at cellc Musgrave this past Saturday the 2nd of November. Unfortunately I'd been busy over the weekend and only had time on Monday to actually setup the phone, when I learnt that the lower volume button kept getting stuck and when pressing once it was getting stuck dropping the volume all the way down, I've had and played with many devices and I am 110% sure that the button was definitely not supposed to be that way because the higher volume button didn't do that. I took the phone in the box and all documents right back to the store in Musgrave on Monday the 4th, only 2 days later of having the device. The store manager explained the term OBF to me and said it's still within the 7 days and will go for assessment and I will be replaced with a new device. She as well tested the button and saw that it was getting stuck when pressing it, and agreed that it was faulty. It is now Thursday the 7th, I never received not one sms or any correspondence from cellc to tell me where the phone was during this whole week, if it was received, when it was going to be worked on, absolutely nothing. Around 3pm today I received like 5 smss from cellc all at once saying the phone was received, straight after that the phone was worked on, straight after the OBF is declined, straight after that the phone is dispatched. What a load of bull, you cannot tell me that within 10 seconds all of that was done. Secondly I felt the button getting stuck, and saw it dropping the volume right down, so did 2 other colleagues of mine and even the store manager at Musgrave herself played with the button and agreed that it was defective. I am not delusional neither am I crazy, and I highly doubt the Musgrave store manager is crazy to see what the phone was doing and felt with her own hands. I did not do anything wrong as a customer, I am paying for a new device, and that is what I should be getting. As far as I'm concerned I AM GETTING ROBBED BEING SOLD A DEFECTIVE "BRAND NEW" DEVICE AND CELLC REFUSING TO REPLACE IT AFTER SENDING IT TO THEIR REPAIR DEPARTMENT IN JHB WHERE I DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS DONE TO THIS "BRAND NEW PHONE" I call cellc today and they say I must take the phone back there is nothing wrong. I WILL NOT take back that defective device I don't know what had happened at the repair centre, I don't know if the phone was tampered with, opened up and repaired or what and now they expect me 2 days later to take back a repaired phone? Totally unfair CellC I am paying for a BRAND NEW phone, I expect a BRAND NEW functional phone. If CellC cannot replace my device after 2 days out of box failure, then I am canceling my contract after all these years! I don't see why as a loyal customer for many years I need to suffer for something that is not my fault and out of my hands. Will you be happy going to the supermarket and buying rotten veg? Or buying a new flat screen that buttons don't work? How is this the customers fault? Very very disappointed CellC customer
Absolute ****!!! A rip off and a bunch of lies!! They are so quick to call you back for the sale but they will never call you back when you are in danger or pressing your panic button until you're blue in the face!!!!!! So I signed up with car track literally 3 weeks ago, firstly the technician was a whole 2 hours late to the appointment, which was on a Sunday, I wasted half of my day waiting for him. He told me that car track will phone me to confirm all is in order and email me a certificate. A whole 3 days went by and no one called or emailed me to tell me that the unit was working , or to explain how it works or let me know if everything was okay, I had to call them endlessly and emailed them to query and question all of this because I'd been pressing my panic as well and no sign of life from car track. To date no one has called me to let me know that the unit is functional or anything. Also the technician had left the insides of my car in a state, the plastic pieces under my steering wheel are hanging, which I sent an email and called endlessly again, to have them send a technician to please fix, to date no one has come to assist or fix. Secondly and most importantly, their service is clearly non-existent!!! I have been pressing my panic button several times and I don't even receive a single phone call from them!!!! An entire 3 days later I had to call in AGAIN, with no help or explanation whatsoever, I then finally get to speak to the supervisor "Kgotso", who tells me that he cannot help me, and that he doesn't know why I wasn't called!!!! He clearly stated that yes signals were received but he doesn't know why I wasn't called. He said he couldn't help me, and will send an email to management to call me the next day, it's been 6 days later and I still wait for this non-existent management to call me. I have been calling endlessly and emailing endlessly, recently putting in a request to cancel but I still get told that they are sending the request to management and management will call me, every time I call in, this is what I'm being told but still with no help or no sign of management or help or anything at all. As for that useless panic button, don't even get me started, I press it until I'm blue in the face but get no call back. I have so much of frustration with this company that I cannot even put it into words. Although they are right on time to debit my account and take my money on time!!!! Taking my money for a service that they are not providing !!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrific and sickening truly, to know that my safety and my vehicle are in the hands of such a useless company!! All I want is for someone to call me back and fix this ****!!!!!!!
