Cartrack has repeatedly debited excessive and unauthorised amounts from my bank account on random days, sometimes multiple times a day, without consent or explanation. This is debit order abuse, plain and simple. Their customer service is useless. Emails go unanswered, issues are never resolved, and the accounts department does absolutely nothing except make false promises. What is truly outrageous is that when Cartrack refunds an unauthorised debit, they then invoice you for the refunded amount, effectively charging you again for their own wrongdoing. This is deceptive and *********. Dealing with Cartrack has been exhausting, stressful, and financially disruptive. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no customer care. ⚠️ WARNING TO OTHERS: Do NOT sign up with Cartrack unless you are prepared to constantly monitor your bank account and fight to get your own money back. Cartrack’s billing practices are unacceptable, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The Chairperson of For The Youth By The Youth owes suppliers a total of R14 550 which was uncured due to his lies and *****ulent behaviour, misrepresenting Junior Achievers South Africa. He has been giving us false promises and playing victim, knowing very well that he uses his NPO as a tool to carry out his ********* behaviour. I would not recommend that anyone works with this NPO or this fellow who is a wolf in sheeps clothing. The Department of Social Development has advised us to take legal action against him.
Kagiso Kgomane who is an executive at For the Youth by the Youth NGO is both a **** and a manupulator. As confirmed by JA SA, he outrightly misrepresented Junior Achievers South Africa and made false claims about their involvement in a project we had planned to execute together. He has left me with a bill of R14 550.00 which is payable to suppliers because of his dishonesty. He fails to take accountability for his actions but rather tries to shift blame and comes up with baseless stories to divert from his divious acts. I will be taking legal action against him to ensure that he pays the amount due as contractually agreed with him. The Department of Social Development has confirmed that I am in my right to do so. He is a **** artist and a *****.
I am extremely frustrated with the customer service I have been receiving from Avbob! Firstly, they sold my grieving mother a substandard product! The engraving on my dear late father's tombstone has completely faded off! IMAGINE! I provided them with the necessary evidence to show that indeed they installed the tombstone and that the product does not meet the acceptable quality standards we expect from tombstones, and I asked that they kindly assist by re engraving the tombstone or replacing it and they responded with so much hostility! They sent me a single page response claiming that the guarantee on the stone is only valid for three months! IMAGINE!!! Who on earth would want to spend R10 000 for a tombstone that will only last three months???? Its the most ridiculous thing i've read! I asked them to send me the policy document which informs this response and they ignored my email and the follow up emails the since April. I raised my concerns on Twitter, twice, and all they say is that they will get back to me! Avbob is clearly a very poor service provider which has no respect for its customers and take no accountability for its shoddy workmanship. I am shocked and appalled that such a 'great' company with a 'good' reputation, actually rips off mourning families by providing them with very bad products in their time of need! I am currently investigating the matter further to see which Ombudsmen can assist as this is unacceptable! I would not recommend anyone to buy any products or pay for any service from this shameless company!
