These people are billing me for a quotation, i requested a call HAYIBO!!! I do not use their services but i receive messages saying im in arrears heee, ****ers!!!

Yhu they do not care about us, i have been waiting for City to City from 1 oclock. They don't pick phones even their customer service rings to voicemail sies i regret booking this bus i will never recomend them to anyone
1-06-2019 I was got robbed at Vangate Mall by four women they took my everything including my phone and they forced me to give them my bank pins of which i did that for my safety immediately after they got into their car, i screamed for help luckily the was police van near by they came to rescue me while we were chasing the robbers car i was busy calling Capitec Bank Customer Service help line so that they can stop my account, spoke to CAPITEC BANK CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE and confirmed if the balance on my account and he confirmed the balance which is still the same, Yesterday i went to branch to replace my bank card the consultant that was assisting confirmed my balance to be 0.00 money was transferred using Bank App to someone i don't know but who is also a CAPITEC CLIENT and i did not authorized that. When i called again the Customer Service to enquirer this CAPITEC REPRESENTATIVE name by Buysilwa who gave me a Call ref ( ********** 4) she advised that i was supposed to let the person who was stopping my card to stop my Bank App and my mobile, my question is how i was supposed to know that i had to do so, because i believe that when someone is reporting a case that you being robbed they supposed to know what to stop in order to protect their clients. for me this is a BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CAPITEC BANK. i was traumatized the only thing i could do was to call them to stop everything and i mentioned that they must stop everything cause they took my phone, so he was also supposed to ask me if they must stop my app and mobile banking. because i did not know that when you calling to stop your account you must also stop APP and Mobile. and they don't seem to taking this as an urgent matter, so i have learnt that CAPITEC IS A CARELESS BANK SO I WOULD ADVISE THE PUBLIC THAT THEY MUST GO AND BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
