1stly: Highly Recommended.. we visited as family + 2friends,- & I went back a 2nd time for the dolphins. Gr8 Aquarium - impressively huge - coming from Pretoria, the scale of ocean ponds versus HartiesDam is immense!. Lovely delicious food at numerous Restaurants & nice rest areas in the shade(to enjoy the hot bunny chow)..Thoroughly enjoyed Wet&Wild in the vicinity - lovely ease of access.. as an Over-60 person, I was impressed at how well it caters for all Age Groups, and especially for the Youth / Teenagers. Its truly an All Year-round place to put on your bucket list. RB.
THIS IS COMING A LONG WAY: FOR OVER ten years I have not been cleared to receive CHRONIC DISEASE MEDICATION, HAVE TO PAY MOSTLY OUT OF POCKET! FEDHEALTH, after my complaining to Health Council and Meidcal Aids Schemes body, still no respnse, even after multiple times my cardiologist wrote letters and specified that I should be on CHRONIC MEDS since I undergone a Auadruple Bypass Surgery and have to take Hypertension, Cholesterol and other chronic disease medicine! ten years?? Will they ever 'qualify' my condition and have it paid out of the proper Risk Benefits they so widely market and brag about as best on market?? Poor response and non payment for legitiate condition as defined not by me, but by my physician?!!
My wife was referred by GP to go do a Cardio exam 27May2019, based on certain diagnosis our GP felt needed more specialist attention. We called Fedhealth, explained the situation and even selected one of the Fedhealth 'preferred' providers from their list, they gave Authorisation number [ ********** 82] and she did the procedure. Now the provider sent us the Bill saying Fedhealth REFUSED FLATOUT TO PAY ANY of that 'pre-authorised' arrangement / [procedure, saying we mus pay, or pay into this new-fangled MEDI -VAULT, THEN ONLY WILL THEY PAY??? What utter nonsense and poor service! I demand a full explanation! I am a very irate and upset client! this smacks of hiway robbery and stinking service!! They take too long to answer calls, the CHAT on website I am now waiting for over ten minutes, this is RIDICULOUS!! PLEASE HAVE THEM EXPLAIN!
