I had an exceptional experience today at Supa Quick Kya Sands. The service was top-notch from start to finish. I went in to have my brake pads changed, and the team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The cleaning lady went above and beyond, offering drinks like coffee or soda and frequently checking if I needed anything, all while managing her other duties. Erich was also very helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch all their names, but everyone was fantastic. Kudos to the entire team for their excellent service!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Halfway Ford Port Shepstone. If I could give them a rating of negative 0, I would. Lindo Ndlovu, the salesperson who assisted me, provided the worst service imaginable. He was never available when I called the dealership, and I was repeatedly told he was not there. When I did manage to get hold of him, it was just one excuse after another. I caution anyone considering this dealership to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
Dewfresh long life UHT milk is a complete letdown. Its watery consistency and pale color make it resemble nothing close to the rich, creamy goodness one expects from milk. This product fails to deliver on both taste and quality. Don't waste your money on this inferior substitute when there are far better options available.
Mix aTelematics Africa has provided me with the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I discovered that the tracker they installed was not functioning during my monthly unit testing. I promptly contacted their customer center, but their response was utterly disappointing. After being transferred to operations, they acknowledged the unit was faulty and promised a replacement. However, after a week of waiting with no communication, I had to call again. I was given instructions for the unit replacement, and despite leaving my car for three hours and being assured the unit was fixed, it still didn’t work. Upon immediate testing after collection, it was clear that the unit was still malfunctioning. Despite several calls, often being on hold for at least 20 minutes each time, the issue persisted for about a month. They only talk about payment, ignoring the fact that the tracker they provided is not functioning. Frustrated with their cruelty and lack of resolution. After two years bof being their customer and never missing a payment, the level of service I received when the tracker they installed stopped working was beyond disappointing. I decided to withhold payment until the tracker was fixed. Despite this, they continue to send threatening emails about payment, completely ignoring the tracker issue. I refuse to pay for a non-working tracker. It’s beyond comprehension to be forced to pay for a service that isn’t provided. My advice: avoid Mix Telematics Africa at all costs.
My overall experience with Woodford Car Hire was positive. The staff was friendly during both pick-up and drop-off, contributing to a pleasant rental experience. Despite a minor issue with the key fob batteries, which led to occasional manual locking and unlocking, the positive interactions with the staff overshadowed this inconvenience.
