GREATEST DEALS GREATEST CROOKS
I have paid for two seperate orders in full one has been confirmed the other one the money was taken but the order was not even confirmed or noted. Despite numerous emails and so called chats I dont get any answer from them. They also dont answer their phones. There is no way that you can contact them. Please people these people are crooks

Platinum Life a RIP OFF
I have been paying this policy for over 20 years. ow they inform me that I have to wait another 6 years for my 50% cash back. I am so sick and tired of people that are taking other people's money and make empty promises. I would like to cancel my policy and I want all my contributions back which I made during all these years. I also noticed that once you want to make a claim they come with the excuse that you did not go for blood tests so they will not pay out. What BS is this as NOWHERE in the contract say that you have to go for blood tests every year. Secondly Skin cancer was also covered and now suddenly it is not!!!! I want my contributions back so that I can invest it in a reputable company that will be there when I need them and that are TRUSTWORTHY.

Hauwei P30 Pro False Promises
On the 22nd of April 2019 I went into a MTN Store where a Huawei Consultant were on duty. I took a new contract with Huawei for a Huawei P30 Pro. The contract comes with a watch, for which the Consultant completed a form, and promised that they will phone me to get the delivery address for the said phone. I have not heard from them since. I phoned the call centre numerous times and the said consultant, whereafter they promised to phone me for delivery details. I phoned them again after no response from them were received. Again they promised to sort this matter out and to date still nothing happend. This phone contract comes with a high monthly cost because of the so called free watch which they dont deliver and only have empty promises. I would like everybody to know that my experience with Huawei has not been a pleasant one as the customer services and Hauwei themselves are not very helpfull and their word is not their honour.
