I moved in at one of smile property's town house in mooikloof ridge Pretoria East.We got there with the inspector the house was in no state for a human being to live in.The house was beyond dirty we hired someone to help us clean for 3days because we had no place to go. Toilet leaking No toilet seat Cupboards broken and very dirty Kitchen door is locked ,the previous tenant still has keys meaning they can come into our house anytime they want We can't access the garage because previous tenant still has their furniture in the , meaning our cars must be parked outside in this weather we experiencing these days There is a lot but we have contacted smile property via emails and WhatsApp and we are not getting help and no one is even willing to help because we already inside and we paid rent in full and deposit but we not help We had to hire a pest control company to help with roaches in the house Please assist us ,we don't know what to do anymore We have proof of WhatsApp and emails we've been sending them
Good day I have a problem, I've been renting a bachelor apartment in Pretoria Brooklyn, i signed a contract..The contract never stated that i should serve a notice, on my own understanding that means i could leave anytime i want,i wanted to leave so i served a month..The owner said the contract says i should serve two months notice,i gave her my contract which was different from hers..The agent who is working for her edited her contract by pen..i moved end of June if im not mistaken.They refuse to give me back my money. The owner says she doesn't care i must talk to the agent,she refuses with his contact number Ive been talking with this guy only via èmail All i know is he goes by LES on Gumtree...i need your help please assist me i need my money back
I had a contract with vodacom, there was a time where they never debited money and i was in areas i had to go and pay for that interest, it happened twice but i never followed it up until May 2019 .I asked vodacom to change my debit date to the 25th instead of the 1st..25May 2019 they never debited anything, i called they said since its a weekend they dont debit. They told me it will be done Monday Monday came they never debited, i called them ,they said they took money on my account, i told them its not possible because i still see money in my account, i went to the bank they told me no vodacom didn't take money. After 2days i think,i got an sms saying im on areas with vodacom, i have to pay 150rand extra,i refuse to pay because vodacom is doing this intentionally they are enjoy taking my interest..i have proof from my bank that i had money on my account for them to debit it.I need your help ,vodacom is enjoying taking my money.They couldn't even help me by telling me how much am i owing so i can pay and close my account..i wouldn't recommend vodacom to anyone. Thank you
