I am so disappointed in you Netflorist 👎🏾 How can you run a gift business and not deliver the gift on time , I ordered a gift for my husband to have it delivered at his workplace, ordered the day before and you failed to deliver it atleast in the afternoon(12 /1 pm), what a waste of money and surprise Worse part is that you charge delivery for each item Even if its clear that its the same address Your system is even failing logic , why are you delivering a gift to a business address after 3pm , thats the time when most people start knocking off Also who wants to get a gift at the end of the day , gifts must be sent in the morning atleast by 12 pm I wanted to do one for my daughter at school but thanks for the heads up , wont bother.
Sanlam changed my financial state , As someone who only lives for the now and never believes in saving for the future due to not believing that I will live longer coz my parents died very young , Everything changed when a colleague of mine referred me to a financial advisor from Sanlam Lindani Maphumulo I told him how I dont care about pension funds and any future savings and how I just want to enjoy my money now ,he was so patient and went through my financials and suggested something that made sense for me to atleast save for rainy days,,,thats when I opened a unit trust and after I saw how useful that was ,I started looking at my finances differently,Now I have grown my products and planning to add even more.
Bought shoes from Guess SA website on 2Dec 2024..biggest mistake of my shopping life😿.On the 10th of Dec the order was still on processing,very shocking thats when I started to call them.They then marked it as completed and said its now handed over to their courier Aramex which is another nightmare.20Dec there is still no delivery from Aramex ,worse I couldn’t even get tracking coz the number was not found.I asked for a refund , till today my refund hasn’t been received am still doing back and forth calls..That time they sell expensive clothes but cant even fulfill the delivery nor process a refund
If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would have done that.Worst place to buy furniture.They never deliverer.If you are thinking of buying from them online .DONT bother to waste your money ,they never deliver. I bought a lounge suite from Russells online which was suppose to be at stock at the time of my purchase.Paid and order was created.That was 26 Oct 2024.I paid the delivery fee of R650 and promise for delivery was suppose to be in 6 days.It never happened after 6 days and no calls or anything.After 10 days I got a call that there was no stock at the store closer to my address, thy promised me another date.Till today ,they havent delivered..call center is useless thy keep giving you stupid references and no one will call you back to follow up . This is the worst experience ever Am still trying to cancel and get my refund ..A mess after mess Save your self the trouble!
If you dont want stress or to waste your airtime making calls to them .DO Not even bother to use their door to door or locker to door delivery ..stick to the locker option and save yourself the stress of being transferred from one agent to another..worse they dont even make any updates . I chose the option for my parcel to be delivered on the door and I paid for that.but the driver just dropped my parcel at the locker.Its like their drivers cant even read ..I called for that to be rectified,it was not done after the first call , I had to call them again but it was like the first call never happened. We busy getting locker expiration SMS’s while parcel was supposed to be dropped at the door Worse door delivery experience ever!
I have so far created only two returns ever since I started buying from Takealot which is around 2018 and I must say their return service is amazing and stress free.I dont like doing returns coz I always look forward to getting my product and do get disappointed if something is wrong buts its amazing that am able to do a return quickly The first return I did required a refund and it was processed after a couple of days ..think 4 or 5 days later and that’s because I paid with Payflex.The second one was a replacement which also took a couple of days , on both scenarios the item was collected from my place.
I bought a bed online from Russells and they delivered gabage! The bed ddnt even have the name of the bed on it which is cozy beds.I bought the bed for my siblings and they said they could already feel the bed springs poking them same day it was delivered.I will never ever purchase anything from that shop ever
So Its been a year since I joined MiWay and finally used the wedrive ..Thank you MiWay for making sure that I get home safely with my car without me being behind the wheel.The wedrive crew waited for me and drove me safely back home , ddnt pay a thing 😊
Ordered from Makro on 25 November ...I think they also sell things that are out of stock because only one item was delivered but am still waiting for the other item till today 6 December. If you want to use what you buying immeditely dont even bother buying online, rather go to the store Also their online support is HORRIBLE..line never goes through and they take days to reply to emails
Best car insurance thus far for me I dont regret switching to them
