Recieved bad service from this company, we called them out because out garage door was moving slow, they came checked and told us that the problem is not the motor but tension, we were told that they will service the door and fix the tension and the door will work better, they did the service and fixed the tension but there is no improvement on the speed of the door is still as slow as it was before they did any work. We called the owner of the company to tell him that there is no change to the door and he told us that the work was done and his employees came after hours where as when we initially spoke he said nothing about after hours he said they are on call 24hrs, he then offered to get us a second hand motor whereas in the beginning we were told that there is nothing wrong with the motor. Their service is very disappointing and we felt like we are flushing our money down the drain
Sometime last year (2020) I registered to do a professional diploma in data analysis with Shaw Academy, the first two modules went really well and I enjoyed it. But things started to change when I had to do module 3, I could not access the online classes, I sent countless emails and some were not even responded to but every month like clock work money was being debited from my account but I was not getting any class work done, I later decided to cancel and it states on registration that we can cancel at anytime, I followed the cancellation steps and everything went well. The whole of December, January and February I was not debited and all of a sudden this month (March 2021) I was debited R399.00 from my account for services I have cancelled and have not been using for a few months now. I have sent an email with regards to this but I still haven't gotten any word from them as to why I was debited when I have cancelled the whole thing. I want my money back, and I'm not happy as I feel they have stolen my money from my account as I haven't permitted them to take that money and I have not registered for any new causes.
After posting the Review, I am happy to say the FNB has been swift with my mom's matter compared to when it first started. My mom's issue was looked into and I have received Feedback, Thank Thembinkosi from ewallet for the help and the information given, thank you to the Hello Peter team.
I am very disappointed with the way my mom's ewallet scam was handled when she first called to report the lady on the line told her that my mom is the one who sent herself the money and the withdrew it. My mom asked where the money was withdrawn and she was told that they can't see where, this was Saturday today (Monday 10 June 2019) we went back to lay the charge, the guys whose number appeared on the transaction was finally called after many unsuccessful attempts over the weekend he finally answered and claimed not to have received the money. They guy who was assisting us told us to open a case and we have done that. I feel like this situation was not well handled from the start and how the first lady was so reluctant to help and kept pointing fingers at my mom. I really hope that more situations like these will be handled better than that of my mom's.
