Secure door solutions, unhappy customer.
Recieved bad service from this company, we called them out because out garage door was moving slow, they came checked and told us that the problem is not the motor but tension, we were told that they will service the door and fix the tension and the door will work better, they did the service and fixed the tension but there is no improvement on the speed of the door is still as slow as it was before they did any work. We called the owner of the company to tell him that there is no change to the door and he told us that the work was done and his employees came after hours where as when we initially spoke he said nothing about after hours he said they are on call 24hrs, he then offered to get us a second hand motor whereas in the beginning we were told that there is nothing wrong with the motor. Their service is very disappointing and we felt like we are flushing our money down the drain

Pleasant Team members serviced our garage door. However Gavin never came and quoted prior to guys proceeding with job, this was only done once the job was completed. What an absolute ******* artist, daylight *******. Always insist on a quote before having a job done. All this just too tighten tension spring , oil door & replace x2 wheels on driveway gate. This is a lesson well learnt on my side. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Garage Door Motors
Very pleasant experience with Gavin. Came to the house and quoted on 2 new garage door motors. Prices were competitive so decided to give him the job. He was there with his crew 2 days later on time and installed the motors. Very happy with his workmanship. Can recommend his company!

DISASTROUS SERVICE - SECURE DOOR SOLUTIONS
1.5 YEARS LATER AND STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUES WITH THE DOOR GAVIN INSTALLED. I NOW NEED TO GET A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO FIX THE DOOR. I HAVE MADE CONTACT WITH GAVIN MANY TIMES BUT HE REFUSES TO HELP. SAID HE WILL ONLY COME AND FIX HIS MESS IF I DELETE MY HELLO PETER POST. NOW HE HAS BLOCKED ME. PLEASE, BEFORE YOU MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY CONTACT ME TO GIVE YOU THE WHOLE STORY. HE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH DISGUSTING WORKMANSHIP BUT VERY EASILY TAKE YOUR MONEY

SECURE DOOR SOLUTIONS - GAVIN - STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CHANCER
THIS UNRELIABLE @@SHOLE, GAVIN, INSTALLED A NEW GARAGE DOOR AT MY HOUSE ON 25 AUGUST. HIS WORKER ROCKED UP DRUNK FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE. IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 13 HOURS TO INSTALL THE DOOR. SINCE INSTALLATION THE DOOR KEEPS COMING OFF ITS RAILS. HE CAME OUT ONCE TO 'FIX' IT BUT JUST STOOD HAMMERING THE RAILS DAMAGING THEM EVEN FURTHER. EVERY SINGLE DAY AFTER OPENING THE DOOR I HAVE TO STRUGGLE AND TRY GET THE WHEELS BACK INTO THE RAILS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 MONTHS TO GET THIS SORTED. HE REFUSES TO COME REMOVE HIS DOOR AND REFUND ME BUT ALSO REFUSES TO COME SORT OUT THE ISSUE

This business is a scam.They give warrantly tor a year and literally my garage couldnt close well and I made them aware and they keep lying until I handed over to lawyers.they are a scam
