Set a Debi check on my policy even after I advised not too.....I advised the agent Idon't want Debi check & they advised I will not have 1 now I have 3 in place..... I am now being told they cant cancel...

I had cancelled my 5 funeral cover policies within the 1st 30days...The policies were cancelled. However still awaiting my refunds...No answer or they hang up each time I call.
1st I changed my debit date in December even paid my R300 which they did not change. I applied for an upgrade in April which was granted even paid in the amount that was needed to be paid. My old device was collected & advised my new device will be received that Friday after collection. 2 weeks later after no response or communication to support they advised the upgrade was not granted. They will string you along with nothing but stories...I then told them to bring back my old device which they refused or even refused to assist with another order after I was told it will be granted still nothing. Its supposed to be a subscription service not an account. I also have noticed when it comes to big appliances or devices they will look for every excuse to collect. The accounts department doesn't full fill their roles accordingly. You will even get police or criminal charge threats. I have all communication they sent regarding the upgrade & new order.
