Worst customer service to experience - my bill shows in arrears and I have never missed a payment since 2010 when I started as a contract customer. I've sent proof of payment to each email I was asked to send to and when following up I'm told the proof of payment was sent to Finance to allocate to my account. So from begining of March 2024 my account shows in arrears. I've called 0821946 several times. The issue is they (Vodacom) can't see my February 2024 payment that I made via Vodapay, which has been my mode of payment for a while. It's 15th May, I viewed my account and it is still not updated. What's irritating is Vodacom has been quick to put me on credit bureau that my account is in arrears and I see this as defamation of my character.
I bought the ultimate fuzz remover from Perfect Dealz - I received 1 fabric safe edge instead of 3 and no instruction guide was included as advertised. Even the 1 edge I received is faulty. Sent an email complaining, a person by the name of Tanah responded and said it could be "a manufacturing fault". The fact is Perfect Dealz didn't deliver according to what was advertised and they are quiet about replacing that product or refunding my money.
I invested money in Openfield Poultry in a system they called crowdfarming. They had a chicken crowdfarming strategy that they didn't thoroughly plan for, people invested because they liked the idea and now Openfield Poultry is not paying us our monies whereas the investment period is completed. The last update they gave on Telegram was that people will be refunded by 30May2019 and that has not happened. I introduced people into this, we want our monies back.
