Vodacom, quick question, why is it impossible to cancel/stop my contracts with you? Ive phoned on three different occasions and either the "system" is slow or it is being processessed but never is. Help me understand or help me stop the contract,
They were supposed to do paving and re marbalite a pool for me. It took them 8 months to complete, when they told me 3 weeks. They ask for the money upfront so you don't have any recourse against them. The paving and grouting was done horribly, the grouting came loose after a week. The pool has discoloured patches as the first time they marbalited it cracked and was patched up in a different colour. They don't answer emails and phone calls anymore. STAY AWAY, from them.
I flew Mango airlines on the Mango - Flight JE716, Saturday 8th of June, from CPTN to HLA. I checked in a Paklite bag, when collecting the bag at my destination, I noticed a considerable crack in the bags shell. I then proceeded to the baggage claims counter where the consultant told me that the damage was as a result of wear and tear. I have literally used the bag twice before! How is it wear and tear? They insisted that it WAS wear and tear and Mango wouldn't even bother looking at my claim. They then brushed me off and said I should rather called the mango call centre, which I then did. I waited on the call for 30min, no answer. I think the customer service pertaining to how an airline treats you after they damaged your goods is appealing, I am very disappointed in Mango airlines and the staff that represent them. As a customer, that has the potential never to be a customer again, I would like to be provided as to why I should ever book with Mango again, for any of the local flights which I travel and book almost twice a month?
