I had a positive experience dealing with Jenny, who kept me updated on the appointment dates and the work that was needed for the pool. Mike was also very helpful in providing good advice and tips on how to maintain my pool during and after repairs. The work was quick and well coordinated. Mike was quick to spot pointing out any issues for his team to fix while they were doing repairs. I must say, I haven't had my pool look this beautiful ever since I had it. The kids are also excited and can't wait to start swimming again. We will have a memorable summer in our newly refreshed pool. Thank you, Jenny and Mike, for the excellent service you have provided.

Worst Experience Ever - my Marblelite is 4 Months old - it has cracked and the crack is running now. and they want to charge me for the repair. there is no Guarantee. there is also a leak somewhere else that has been looked at once already and 'repaired' but still leaking. the pool is 4 Months old. i would not recommend.

They were supposed to do paving and re marbalite a pool for me. It took them 8 months to complete, when they told me 3 weeks. They ask for the money upfront so you don't have any recourse against them. The paving and grouting was done horribly, the grouting came loose after a week. The pool has discoloured patches as the first time they marbalited it cracked and was patched up in a different colour. They don't answer emails and phone calls anymore. STAY AWAY, from them.

Do not use Champagne Pools Alberton!!!!!!!! I requested a new quote after two years from the first inspection on which he only requested an image to give me a quote. Mike did not come and reassess the condition of the pool, pump or the weir. So instead of quoting me on one light he quoted me and I paid for 2 lights - I did not received these lights neither my money back. He was suppose to service my pump - but evaluating the level of service I had to go with someone else. I have paid for this service, but received nothing. Surely he should pay the portion of this back?? Further to this his quote and my first payment included the chemicals of the pools after completion - again a service I did not received, but I paid for... He arrived here with no prior confirmation or sighing the contract to start the work. I was at the office and had to make arrangements for him to get in. I arrived home to find the worst state of "chipping' of my pool. To cut a long story short. He informed me the weir is so old it needs to be moved and or replaced... A whoopy R20K extras.. This would have been nice to know before we commence this project. But due his slack assessment or rather no assessment this surprise was given to me He build a step obstructing the outflow and obviously to high for the water level….. He is never available when YOU phone of message him. I ask him for the size of the pool which he still have not been able to assist me with . I phoned his wife nr and his son answer who gave me a complete incorrect formula just to phone me back and ask me not tell him mum he made that mistake. I now have a reputable contractor who identified the chipping was done not just bad they also did not or just ignored the fact that the bottom of the pool was loose!!!!!! If he marlbelite over it it would never lasted more than a month. He clearly did not feel in telling me about this issue or he was just never here to supervise his workers properly. Yes, it cost me now three times more to fix his work and to get this pool to a state where one actually can swim. I will NEVER use CHAPAGNE POOLS ever. On request to get my money back - he refused. Low quotes = More money at the end of day.

Worst experience ever with Mike and Jenny Vorster from Champane Pools !!!!. Can not and will not recommend Champagne Pools to anybody. Waiting since November 2019 now March 2020 and they still have not attended to my complaints ie concrete paving done crumbling and the lapa's they fixed are still leaking. Since 6th January promise after promise, excuse after excuse still nothing has happened. Have all fotos and whats apps as proof.

Before doing any work Champagne pools demand payment up front. On 25th October 2017 I paid R21 000 for the excavation & concrete shell. They made a complete mess of the concrete shell & eventually gave me a R4000 discount On 27th November I paid for the 2nd installment for the installation of the pump, weir, aimflows & mosaics. The weir & mosaics were installed but it proved impossible to get them back to install the pump. On 28 Feb I requested a refund and informed them that I would purchase my own pump and get an alternative contractor to complete the work. They refuse to refund the money paid

I had my home pool marbelited in November 2015. The work was completed on 24 November 2015. Two weeks after the completion of the marbelite I noticed that there were patches of discolouration and pool marks appearing on the pool surface. I contacted Mike Voster in the second week of December and advised him of my concerns. We agreed that given the time of the year he would come and inspect the pool and my concerns regarding it in January 2016. The staining on the pool became worse and when Vorster failed to call me in January 2016 I once again called him in February and insisted that he inspect the pool. During my telephonic discussion he advised me that I should check my contract as the contract does not cover discolouration, fading of colours or stains. I advised him that it was unacceptable to me that a pool that had just been completed could present with such discolouration marks and patches. On Saturday 27 February 2016 Voster attended at my premises to inspect the pool. He disavowed any responsibility and suggested I sand-paper the spots on the pool surface. When asked whether he could attend to this he advised that he would require payment for this work.
