King Price insurance get what you pay for...
Worst ever insurance. Second rated contractors damaging property. Now taking forever to get it repaired. Contractors installing second hand parts after paying for new units.

Stay away from Vodacom Fibre!!
I took out a month to month contract. Now when i need to give a months notice I am told i can not as Vodacom do not owe the infrastructure cable. I did not had the choice in the fiber cable as the Vumatel's of the world buy areas. Now just because i do not have a Vodacom Fiber cable i can not give a month notice. This is unfair uncompetitive practice. the first consultant i spoke said it will be no problem now two others telling me i cant!!! And let me guess Vodacom will respond now with their usual automated response saying they will address the matter give feedback tot he client. i still wait 8 months since my original complaint for feedback from Vodacom. i now need to pay penalty for canceling within 12 months . It is a sick industry!!!!

Vidaco worst fibre
Vodacom worst fibre. I posted a complaint two days ago. I phoned customer service again today. The consultant promised to phone me back before 18h00. No call received. Vodacom replied saying they contacted me personally what a lie! Just an automated system response. Its been 16 days now... no fibre, despite my debit order going through.

Champagne pools DO NOT USE
Do not use Champagne Pools Alberton!!!!!!!! I requested a new quote after two years from the first inspection on which he only requested an image to give me a quote. Mike did not come and reassess the condition of the pool, pump or the weir. So instead of quoting me on one light he quoted me and I paid for 2 lights - I did not received these lights neither my money back. He was suppose to service my pump - but evaluating the level of service I had to go with someone else. I have paid for this service, but received nothing. Surely he should pay the portion of this back?? Further to this his quote and my first payment included the chemicals of the pools after completion - again a service I did not received, but I paid for... He arrived here with no prior confirmation or sighing the contract to start the work. I was at the office and had to make arrangements for him to get in. I arrived home to find the worst state of "chipping' of my pool. To cut a long story short. He informed me the weir is so old it needs to be moved and or replaced... A whoopy R20K extras.. This would have been nice to know before we commence this project. But due his slack assessment or rather no assessment this surprise was given to me He build a step obstructing the outflow and obviously to high for the water level….. He is never available when YOU phone of message him. I ask him for the size of the pool which he still have not been able to assist me with . I phoned his wife nr and his son answer who gave me a complete incorrect formula just to phone me back and ask me not tell him mum he made that mistake. I now have a reputable contractor who identified the chipping was done not just bad they also did not or just ignored the fact that the bottom of the pool was loose!!!!!! If he marlbelite over it it would never lasted more than a month. He clearly did not feel in telling me about this issue or he was just never here to supervise his workers properly. Yes, it cost me now three times more to fix his work and to get this pool to a state where one actually can swim. I will NEVER use CHAPAGNE POOLS ever. On request to get my money back - he refused. Low quotes = More money at the end of day.

Vodacon Fibre worst customer service and support
Vodacom Fibre - 14 days with no service. Daily calls with empty promises. Broken fibre cable due system outage still not replaced after escalating daily to management. Have not paid first debit order however I need to pay now for the new cable which should be the responsibility of VODACOM. A consultant agreed the cost is not for me however the most recent consultant informs me I have to You never able to speak to a manager of someone with authority!!!! I will NEVER recommend this company or VUMATEL to any other person searcing for fibre solutions. I
