Planet Fitness suddenly changed my debit order from R237-25 for the past few years to R949-00 on 1 November, without consulting me whatsoever. I want to cancel immediately, but their customer service is absolutely pathetic. One cannot talk to anyone at the club, phoning customer service is virtually impossible and filing a request on the webpage do not get any response: It is as if they deliberately want to make it virtually impossible to contact them.
On 7 August 2022 a Mantis Security Car ripped off my right side mirror, while driving into my side of the lane! Today 3 November 2022 still NO FEEDBACK on whether they'll pay for the damage, that is clearly their mistake! They DON'T take responsibility for their mistakes. Very BAD service. DON'T trust them.
I bought a STANLEY FATMAX Compressor and it seized after exactly ONE Year - almost to the day the warranty expired (...and of course I could only log a complaint a day or two after expiration of the warranty; CIB PARTNERS did not even try to repair it...) It was leaking oil constantly and needed to be refilled every now and then. It was still in mint condition (it still even had the protective plastic over the pressure gauges…), as I mainly used it for nailing every now and then. VERY disappointing machine and service - makes one wonders what quality and support one would get on other STANLEY, DEWALT, etc. products that CIB PARTNERS distribute…
Planet Fitness Moreleta Park has no proper COVID19 regulations in place. More than half the members train without masks and the manager did not even try to make patrons conform, after being asked TWICE to make members wear masks today. Planet fitness will be the new HOTSPOT for SPREADING the CORONA VIRUS!!!

Firstly - The BEATSx earphones arrived in packaging not fit to resell - eg. price tags/stickers were badly removed and the packaging was dirty... Secondly - It doesn't work! I installed new firmware and charged it overnight, but no success! iStore told me now that this specific set that was sold to me was sold exactly 2 years ago and has NO WARRANTY ANYMORE! (We traced the serial number...) Thirdly - I would think that they will respond asap to all my emails... but NO!
