Service at FNB
I went into the bank to make a cash deposit. I was anxious about using the ATM. A young man from Phoenix ( I didn't get his name) went out of his way to help us. I really appreciate his help.

Replacement of battery with a more expensive hopeless battery.
I bought a gel battery to replace my alarm battery in January 2023, so that I would be prepared for load shedding. When the load shedding started a few weeks ago, the NEW GEL battery didn't last the 2 hours . It went completely off. The company says that due to load shedding, the battery warranty is not valid. It didn't even last 6 months.

Poor assistance from the credit card division.
I was trying to get hold of someone from customer service for some help from 10:30 this morning until 4:30 this afternoon. They always put me on hold claiming high call volume. That is a lot of ****. If you cannot attend to me then don't accept my call. I'll call back again. Even after waiting for more than 10 minutes at a time you cannot attend to me. However the people who eventually assisted me were very friendly.
