Poorest service received from Priscilla @ rush greenstone... After paying we were refused on the facilities as the socks were still grip socks but not rush branded. Not offering to get us fitted with pairs just abruptly putting it out that it is taboo . I then in the same manner asked for a refund of the 4 tickets bought but not used and it was said a card will have to be issued i have no interest to return and would like a cash refund.
My son had grommets done on 29 May at Clinton Clinic where i had to pay an R8800. 00 deductible and have a R3749.98 refund that needs to be processed. The accounts department will have you begg for service having to constantly follow up with them just to at 99.99 be told to fill out forms. Why they sent this to Discovery i am not sure as i paid a deductible due to the fact that Discovery would not cover the procedure. LUNGI'S reply this morning was R3749. 98 is owing to me and that she will be on training untill next Tuesday. When the Staff at Clinton is done training i would like the refund to be processed as i have other costs to cover . I will be in contact with Bary Bedford next week to bring this to his attention unfortunately he has been in meetings most of this week. CLINTON IS EAGER TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME RETURNING YOUR FUNDS!!!
