What a waste of money!!! Utterly dissappointed!! They give you really useless pay outs!! You NEVER win anything here!!! They will sms you constantly about progressive jack pots but you will NEVER win anything!! Ive been playing for months now and cannot win any decent jackpots... Please do not play there!!!

Good day, I have been trying to get a hold of you to organise my child's birthday party for 27 August, I emailed left messages and no response to this day. You cannot be in a business if you dont know how to treat clients. I dont recommend this company for anything.

I am extremely disgusted at your company’s greed and lack of customer service! It was my sons 3rd birthday on Sunday 8 May 22 and as he requested, for a gift he wanted to go to RUSH SA with his cousins for a jump which wee were ok with as entertainer app had a 2 for 1special. We arrived at 3:45 intending for them to jump a session 4 to 5 pm on the entertainer app special of “ 2 for 1” They had left me back at the car to sort my niggly baby. My husband arrived at The reception desk and showed the entertainer special” he was then told that your operating hours have changed and we apparently missed the last 60 min session and he Now needs to purchase a 2 hour session as that’s all you have available and he will not be able to use the entertainer deal. I note the following: 1. Rushsa website does not make mention that operating hours have changed nor anything about 3pm being the last 60min sessions. I.e Sunday operating hours is listed as “9am - 8pm no mention of anything else! 2. The entertainer app says the deals ‘2 for 1’ deal is from 9 am to 7 pm, no mention of any 3pm cut off for the 60 min sessions. 3. When we called in at 3pm and enquired about pricing no one cared to mention that the last 60 min jump session was ending at 4pm even though we said we were coming! 4. Why was there no apology from the staff or any offer to accommodate or assist the customer in this situation?! It’s already now 3:55 pm and my husband has my toddlers and their cousins restless as they were promised a birthday jump! staff then bullies him into buying a 2 hour session at your apparent ‘discounted’ price! He ends up paying just under a R1000 for 2 kids and 2 toddlers and he also needs to jump to accompany the 3 year old! If we intended to spend this much we would have booked a part for 4 and paid R1260 which would have made sense because you receive so much more! Now, I ask you: What kind of customer service is this?! How when you are at fault Do you not protect the customers rights? But instead bully them into spending more than they bargained for?? How do you take advantage of a customer who is put under pressure and surrounded buy kids expecting an outing?! Had I have been there I would have requested for the manager immediately! Which mind you I did! As soon as I arrived And heard about the situation I asked for the manager and was directed to Shafiek who listened, took my receipt came back and was anyway of no help. Apparently Rush was not liable for their incorrect trading hours listed on their website or those on entertainer app. No apology, no empathy nothing! This was the pathetic display of customer service and shows that this park is definitely not interested in kids but only money! Who in this day and age can afford an unplanned expense of R1000?! Jeez! I honestly can not believe the robbery! They literally took advantage of a situation and bullied my kids father into an unlawful and unfair purchase and even after i complained to Shafiek the manager on duty even he tried to look for a loop while to get out of compensating us! Where is the integrity or Honour to customer service?? I later emailed Damon the general manager, as Shafiek could apparently not help, not sure why his called the manager then?? And guess what?! Damon did not even care to acknowledge my complaint! What a snotty managerial staff RUSHSA employs! This situation was just wrong on all levels! We were made to pay because RUSH SA did not update their marketing company nor their own website and even when they were at fault still bullied a customer to make a quick buck!

Excellent service received from Queen K, she is very good with people.It was the first time I visited Rush and she explained everything including the benefits in a very simple way.I have also realized that customers happinessis her priority. My kids can't wait to visit the place again.

my correct rating is minus 50 stars ,totally useless ,pay for sameday service then on day 2 parcel cannot be found anywhere,obviously stolen as i have prioof that it was collected and received at thge warehouse,managers are incompetent and cannot resolve the matter, DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR PARCELLS

my correct rating is minus 50 stars ,totally useless ,pay for sameday service then on day 2 parcel cannot be found anywhere,obviously stolen as i have prioof that it was collected and received at thge warehouse,managers are incompetent and cannot resolve the matter, DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR PARCELLS

This courier service is grossly incompetent and unprofessional. I sent a parcel that weighs exactly 1kg from Pretoria to Bloem and got a mail that I am being fined R100+ because my parcel "weighs 4kg". Upon contacting them they let me know that "The couriers charge the greater between the actual mass and the volumetric mass". This was not disclosed beforehand. I was not asked what the volumetric mass of the parcel is. I was not told that the greater of anything compared to anything would be used to charge me. This abysmal technicality is used to not only infuriate customers but charge them well over any logical fee. On the photo they sent me as "proof" that I should be fined, taken by the machine of my package crossing the conveyor belt, it is clear that the package weighed 1.25 kg. I paid for a 2kg courier bag. Charging me for a 4kg parcel and handing me a fine before I can use their service again is an unprofessional, money-grabbing far stretch.

Poorest service received from Priscilla @ rush greenstone... After paying we were refused on the facilities as the socks were still grip socks but not rush branded. Not offering to get us fitted with pairs just abruptly putting it out that it is taboo . I then in the same manner asked for a refund of the 4 tickets bought but not used and it was said a card will have to be issued i have no interest to return and would like a cash refund.

I made an overnight delivery with them on Friday, which couldn't be delivered on Saturday because they do not work on weekends. Great, Now it's Monday, my Sister in Witbank, Didn't go to work so she can receive the order, only for her to call them in the morning and they say they don't know where the order is. She calls me and I immediately call Globe flight and they say the driver is on the way, mind you that was 10 in the morning, My sister then calls them again to find out and the Lady at Globe flight, who was rude says the package has not not left the hub. Now we are confused so she calls Rush again at 14:00 and they say they will make the delivery today , even sent an email confirming that the Order is out for delivery. Now it's 18:00 in the evening and still nothing. An Overnight should have been delivered today, Witbank is only 1 hour 30 minutes away from Johannesburg. To top it all off, There's no one to contact from the Rush offices now because it's out of office hours. I'm livid as I type this. Don't use this service if you are in a truly in a rush.
