I am extremely disappointment regarding the service I received at your Jean Avenue branch yesterday. This was my first time visiting the location, and unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. The chicken provided in our order was badly burnt to the point that the flavor was completely lost. I regret not checking the package before leaving the premises, as I had traveled all the way from Midrand specifically to visit your store. I value the Pedros brand, but serving meat in this condition is not up to the standard I expected. I hope you will look into your kitchen quality control to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

Not happy with the service received,the consultant was just interested in getting the deal, maybe she thought the deal was going to decline I dont know. She sounded bored until the deal was approved. She then dissappear without saying a word after I have provided her with my acc no. She later called back n I could not hear her properly,then I asked her to call me back after 15 minutes so that I can find out more abt the package and the T&C ,I heard the way she responded that she will not call back. Indeed I was ryt,she did not call back n I waited the whole day the next day n she still did not call , to my surprise I got an sms stating that my parcel will be delivered,in the other words she has decided what is suitable for me without me confirming n I am the one who will be paying and using the device. Please do not deliver until the above have dealer with and if I am continuing with this deal, the sale must be allocated to someone who cares about customers. She acted like she is doing me a favour. I am not important to her and she is not worth my sale.Please listen to the recording if you get the opportunity. Thank you
Shoprite Mokopane cashiers are very relaxed and don't care about their customers. The controllers don't bother when the cashiers are stuck.I waited 45 minutes in the queue and had to leave because there wes system issued.I lost 2 hours of my day waiting in the queue.Its unacceptable
Multichoice charged my mom R495.87 penalty fee for a R549.00 monthly subscription fee account. This is ridiculous ,even the banks are not charging this much. Multichoice takes the cup when it comes to making their customers unhappy. So tired of this madness, I have never experienced a great service from them.
Bad service received from Anna Shuma at Pick n Pay San Ridge,she does not have people's skills.She is so disrespectful even when she was calling the supervisor it's like she's got anger, when she spoke to my son I had to comfort him and I did not like the way she spoke to him. The lady who was behind us asked her for something and she just looked at her and kept quiet. The service was bad from A to Z and I shop at San Ridge almost every Sunday and she does not below to Pic n Pay or please help her ASAP. She did not even have her name badge on.Thank you
I have contacted Multichoice 2 months back 4 times in one day to confirming that my account is canceled and they have confirmed that it was canceled.Today I get an email of an overdue account. I regret the day I signed the contract with multichoice.Last year I was debited R1800 instead of R580. Multichoice provide the worst service ,I am always disappointed when dealing with them
Excellent service received from Queen K, she is very good with people.It was the first time I visited Rush and she explained everything including the benefits in a very simple way.I have also realized that customers happinessis her priority. My kids can't wait to visit the place again.

So disappointed and frustrated abt the service from Multichoice. Made a payment from MyDSTV App on the 21 Aug 2021 to date they cant trace the payment. Instead they have debited me R1380 for the month of September , charged me R50 x16 plus R180 cancelation fee, for what I don't know.My monthly premium is R524. They dont call, when I follow up they tell me they are investigating for more than 6 weeks.This is unacceptable but they dont care. I dont want call back if they dont have an answer foe me
