after more than 2 months the so called proffessional technician Jannie still cannot get the machine completed,promises this day then that day ,then everytime there is another problem,however he expects full payment in advance .husqvarna refuses to sell you parts ,saying only there quyalified technicians are allowed to do repairs.i am fully convinced that this technician has no knowledge of the machine
useless ,after getting a sms that my item was out for delivery and not leaving the office,no package or update.but at21.50 get sms that delivery failed.think vodacom should find a courier that gives service.
still no response from my last review and rewards query still not sorted,they are liars saying they responded privately
DO NOT USE THIS BANK AND BE LURED WITH THEIR REWARDS/ your customer care is non existent,everything is log a query but after 48 hours i must go to the bank to sort out the problem,then stand in a line at checkers to be made out to be an idiot when told the voucher is invalid,the person on customer care then tells me to log another query and wait another 48 hrs after already waiting 72 hrs,Then i get asked security qiuestions of my next of kin wich dont exist and then told cannot help mee as i answered the questions wrong[Please show me where i filled this in when i opened the account as i was not even asked for proof of residence.it seems that this bank fils in these questions for you and maybe the banking ombudsman needs to investigate.i think its time for another bank,waist my time spend like 50 rand airtime with the idiot on customer care,
standard bank does zero to curb phishing scams .i have been reporting one specific email address for months but it does not get taken down,i think that they are actually creating them there selves
AFTER USING LOCKER TO LOCKER OPTION THE CUSTOMER FAILED TO GET A VERIFICATION PIN,MY LOGIN STILL SHOWES PARCEL IN TRANSIT,after phoning and being given a pin,the locker doesnt open after customer drove to collect,,the courier guy has constant issues wich does not get better but only worse and i have a customer tellimg me how i have scammed them and lied that parcel was sent
after dialling the fraud division from standard bang boksburg ,you wait 15 minutes for someone to answer,,Funny thing is that while holding on the recorded message tells you how important it is for any fraud to be reported immediately,
dont waste your time signing up for this scam.absolutely no support via whatsapp call centre or email.rather sell some other card machine where u have help available
i paid for a same day service and parcel was collected ,that was friday 27/01/2022 as at 11.30am on 31/01/2022 parcel still not delivered .the so called agents dont bother to get back to you and i must continuallyu contact them,the parcel in question cannot be tracked with given tracking number
my correct rating is minus 50 stars ,totally useless ,pay for sameday service then on day 2 parcel cannot be found anywhere,obviously stolen as i have prioof that it was collected and received at thge warehouse,managers are incompetent and cannot resolve the matter, DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR PARCELLS
